   Food excellent. Our server was sweet but she was new so it just took a little longer for everything. 10/10 will be back for the Bandera and the steak and eggs!

   Awesome spot! Went for my birthday brunch and had a great time. The food was delicious with good portions, the drinks were on point, and the live DJ made the vibe even better. Service was great too. Definitely recommend!

   My friends and I had the upmost amazing time excellent service, food was delicious , drinks, music , ambience and love the owners and workers all had lovely personalities. My friends and I highly recommend and we are going to make that our new favorite spot.

   Staff were clueless and untrained. The lights kept coming on and off, up and down. The music was too loud and unsettling. The atmosphere was not unlike a busy bank lobby.

   We had a 5pm reservation on Valentine’s Day, and we showed up right on time. When we walked in there was no one by the entrance, no hostess stand, and no other guests dining at all - the place was completely empty. They open at 4pm so alright, maybe we were their first guests. The staff was in the back bar, we could see them and they could see us, but just ignored us standing there. The guy who was cleaning the outside of their front windows greeted us, then walked out back to let the staff know we had a reservation. We got sat, ordered our drinks, and before we ordered our food the waitress said “do you know that your reservation is only for an hour an a half, right?”… I was a bit taken back but I said “yes, I saw that when I made the reservation”, and she said “okay, just checking because we have a loooot of reservations tonight”… huh? But okay, cool, we got our meals which were anywhere from okay to decent. I’ve had better meals al Longhorn. Honestly now.. I’ve door dashed better salmon than the one I had tonight. But anyway, 2 drinks, 2 entrees, and an appetizer cost us $160. Oh, $8 for water, and $9 for a side of asparagus… to top it off, they added gratuity to a party of 2, which was wild to me. With that said I’d recommend paying attention to the bill before adding the tip for anyone planning on going there. We personally are just never going back.

   Love the place and the drinks and service was amazing. I got the chicken mofongo and the sauce and mofongo was good but the chicken was overcooked. It was a little hard to chew.

   This place looks very appealing and although the staff is very nice, the drinks are terrible, the wait time to order, get your things and re order is horrendous. You almost have to order everything at once so you aren’t waiting, it wasn’t that busy so I’m unclear what the hold up really is besides poor management or maybe understaffed. Mind you my table only ordered drinks, I couldn’t imagine the food wait. I rated the food a 1 because multiple of my friends have been here and shared the same terrible experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

   This was my first time at Eleven and the place is beautiful. The ambiance was so welcoming. The food presentation was nice and the food was great. The music and vibe was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
