   Our first time trying Elephant and Castle. Unfortunately they were out of Fish and Chips so we both ordered burgers instead. They were mediocre at best. The chicken burger was really dry.

   Nice place with friendly staff. Good for kids with a fair Kids' Menu and good painting stuff.

   Food dreadful, could not eat the veggie burger, had to hand it back. French fries half cooked. Chocolate sundae (only ordered because I was hungry and there was nothing else on the menu to eat vegan wise), was literally 2 scoops of ice cream and a few nuts. I suppose they forgot the sundae part! I had been there previously and found the food better, but unfortunately not this time. Won’t be going again!

   No record of our booking, insisted I must not have made the booking until I proceed the confirmation booking. Food very average for the price

   I can say it is the best chicken wings in Dublin. We ordered chicken wings and Elephant Castle burger. The price and taste were good and the ambiance and service were excellent.

   Service was poor. Understandably slow due to concert nearby but that is always forgiven if staff are happy, welcoming, efficient within their means and communicative. Waiting 25 minutes for a simple drinks order (beer and water) after being seated for 10 mins was poor. Waiter seemed unhappy and was very unwelcoming. Poor management- we had a booking and were asked to wait for over 10 minutes (no problem generally), however people who arrived ‘on spec’, after us without a booking were offered a seat before us. Food pretty good, convenient for the 3 Arena but wouldn’t rush back.

   We visited before a gig in the 3 arena. The menu was very limited. Not much to choose from. There were only 3 starters available , that were €22 each they were sharing portions only, No single portion starters available. Our drinks took a very long time to arrive. Nobody cleared our glasses during or after the meal, our plates sat for ages after we had finished despite staff being over with us dropping off drinks. Overpriced and overrated

    Great place to dine if seeing a show at the 3Arena. So handy just a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend booking though as very busy if a concert is on. You can eat inside or out. There are heaters for outside. But I preferred the atmosphere inside. Staff excellent. Great options for Vegetarians. Good value for money.
