   Had the table right next to the entrance and hall to the bathroom so the ambience wasn’t as good as the main area. Service was ultra slow. Not bad but could have been better.

   Clean and beautiful restaurant. The food was excellent. The only critique on the food is that it was too salty in initial first bites you couldn't tell but after eating more you could tell there was too much salt used. Our server was great but would leave before giving us a chance to say much.

   Terribly disappointed in our New Year’s Eve dinner at Elements in Logan. I made reservations and confirmed it was the buffet with one of the reservation gals, but when we arrived we found out we didn’t have reservations for the buffet but for the regular dinner instead - STRIKE ONE! After being seated we were told they didn’t have any salads, which something we looked forward to and thought they would have on a busy night like that. NOPE! - STRIKE TWO! My wife ordered an Italian Cream Soda, but our waitress told us they were out of cream. Again, on a busy night like that? - STRIKE THREE! We should have left at strike three, but we pressed on thinking it couldn't get worse... IT DID! Our steaks came out and mine was cooked to perfection but my wife's was more rare than she wanted - STRIKE FOUR! Then, I was 1/3 of the way through my steak and loving its flavor when I suddenly felt something strange on my lips... it was a long black hair that was attached to the steak. When I find hair in my food, I immediately become sickened and I lose my appetite on the spot, and that happened that night - STRIKE FIVE!!! I WAS DONE!!!!! I didn't want to make a scene, as angry as I was, so I did get a new fresh steak. I couldn't eat right then and there but because I lost my appetite, so I had it prepared to take home. My wife also got a newer steak. Suffice it to say, after our experience at Elements, we will not going back any time soon... if ever.

   Food was very good, service was excellent and very personable. I will definitely return and tell friends and family to choose Elements as well!

   The current menu is not so extensive as previously, but there are a few things that I like, and one can eat only one meal at a time. So it just means that there are not so many items that I do not order. The food was very good, attractively presented, and satisfying. I am sure that we shall be back.

    We thought we had dinner reservations at Elements restaurant. Never informed our seating would be in an open convention hall of hotel, not restaurant. Extremely loud. It would have been helpful to know how far we were going to have to walk to our table as my husband is disabled. Maybe in the future when reservations are being taken the suggestion to enter the opposite side of the building would be helpful. Waited at table for 15 minutes before walking back to front hostess stand to ask for a server. Another 5 minutes went by and a server did attend to us the best she could. Obviously overbooked and understaffed, she had limited ability to attend to our table timely. She was however, very delightful, pleasant and eager to please. The circumstances were out of her control. The food was good but had some temperature issues. Plate of food room temp and dessert/pie not thawed, served frozen solid. We had so looked forward to dining here but honestly can’t say it was the best experience. Maybe will try again but for regular dinner service, not a holiday dinner.
