   Waiting time is so bad even though we have reservation at 12:45. We got seated close by the bar, no one even came to get our drinks. Had to call someone to help us out. I know the place is busy but service is a little slow. Had to call all the time just to get a refill for our drinks. As usual foods are great, as well as the desserts.

   Reservation was at 12:30pm and we didn’t get seated until 1:15pm

   Dear Sarah We apologize for falling short on our expectations. On days like Easter Day, when we were more than full on reservations we really understand the circumstances, and how hard that turns on waiting time. We do strive to ensure every guest enjoys a fair a timely experience with us.. days like that when we put so much effort for everyone to have a great experience and we really do our best to seat everyone in the time requested, we expect some empathy and patience, because the last thing that we want from everyone is to have a bad experience. We really apologize if we fail in reservation-time.

   We’ve had the pleasure of being served by Angel V. multiple times, and every single visit is a joy because of him. He is kind, respectful, full of life, and truly goes above and beyond to make us feel like family. His attentive service, friendly energy, and genuine care make each experience memorable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate—he truly makes the difference. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome!

   Seated quickly, service was friendly, server attentive. Food was great and filling. Early dinner was the best.

   Everything was really good. The service was the best I would have ever asked for. The wait was not long. The efficiency of the of it all was supur.

   This is by far the best El Torito location. The servers are great, the food…fabulous, the ambiance.. not bad. I will gladly drive 50 minutes to eat here!

   There is always something delicious to choose from. My go to is always the chicken taco salad. But there is never a bad choice. I’ve always enjoyed everything I’ve had.

    We really enjoyed all the food we had here (guacamole for an appetizer and the steak, shrimp and chicken fajitas and the macho combo for dinner) and the service was great. However, the classic and strawberry mojito on the mojito flight were very tart and I don’t think tart when drinking a mojito; the other two flavors were more balanced and what we preferred. Overall, it was a good meal.
