   Arrived at the restaurant at the reservation time and was told the open table doesn’t work fo them. I waited over an hour for a table and decided to leave. Unprofessional!

   Great food, but price high for the amount of seafood your receive, music great but there should be more variety like cumbia!

   Horrible horrible service! They did not appreciate our reservation. They took us in 1.5 hr after our reservation. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you. A piece of ceiling fell on us and the waiter said it was just paint and to not worry about it. The staff was very rude and the food was overrated. Would not go here again and would not recommend.

   Food is pretty good as is the music. The main drawback is that it's not a spot you will really get to have a conversation with folks at. It's just way too loud. But if you know this ahead of time, I don't think this is a big deal. A little on the pricy end but not horrible; it's a new trendy joint, live music🤷🏽‍♂️. Their reservation system is my only complaint. Trying to get one by phone is a mission itself. I asked if I could rsvp online since they could not hear me. Was told to go ahead and then when we showed up they said they do not honor online registrations. I called the out on that. Service was okay, but felt they weren't too happy with us and wanted us to hurry up. Been there before so definitely noticed the difference. So still recommend it but know what to expect.

   My second time here and the food is great. I decided to Try the “sushi” rolls and honestly, not worth $19.99 that is charged. Japanese restaurant don’t even charge that much for their special rolls. I’d say don’t do the sushi rolls. The other negative is the mariachi band, way toooooo loud! It makes for an unpleasant dining experience Bc we can’t talk! I’m texting my sister with what I’m trying to say and she was sitting right next to me. That was ridiculous. I came for the food and that was good. I’d suggest tone it down with the band.

   We had to wait over an hour and a half to be seated had reservations for 6 pm they said their computer system wasn't working which i thought was bs. The beer is over priced n shots music is way to loud . Food is good and the waitress charged me gratuity when i ordered a single bucket of beer n single shots.

   When we got to the restaurant we were told “their reservations weren’t working” so we had to wait TWO hours to be seated. I was extremely bothered because they couldn’t accommodate us. We clearly had the reservation with a confirmation email and we still waited the 2 hours. Not to mention we got skipped a couple times. Don’t think I’ll be waisting my time with that place ever again.

   Once we got to the place they said they could not honor the open table reservation. They said they do not get the notifications and they were working on removing it. The wait was over 2 hours and the food was salty, the fries were soggy!

    I made a reservation for 730 for 4 guest. I went to the host desk to be told the app was down although my reservation was confirmed through open table, email, and phone call. I brought my mother out to have a dinner since this week she just finished her 5th session of chemotherapy. I didn’t like the fact that I got seated on 9:05. I believe if the establishments host sees there’s an issue with open table they should contact customer service, because they knew of the issues and didn’t try to fix it. My sister as well called to confirm her reservation and was told they were no loner taking any reservations through open table, even though reservations were still getting accepted.
