¡El Camino celebra su 20º aniversario en Fremons! El restaurante ha servido comida mexicana casera y fresca gracias a las recetas familiares del personal del lugar y con una contribución del renombrado chef de la Ciudad de México, Ricardo Muñoz Zurita. En la medida de lo posible, el lugar ofrece opciones locales, naturales y orgánicas. Los increíbles postres son horneados en el restaurante por el gerente general, Alfredo. Despite talking to the manager to reserve a 14-person table for dinner a month in advance, AND confirming the reservation via OpenTable (which they had on record since OpenTable is asking for a review for that reservation), they still managed to “lose” my reservation the night of. However, they were able to have a table ready for us after about 20 minutes, they comped our appetizers and dessert (although didn’t order dessert). Otherwise food was good, service was good, and our party left the restaurant in good spirits.

Absolutely loved the carnitas tacos. My boyfriend got the bistéc and was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be coming back. Absolutely loved the vibe of the restaurant.

Lovely ambience for a date night without being too serious or expensive. For Valentine’s Day the 2 top tables were very close together that even the serves couldn’t really come to the side without their rear end in the neighbors table so they kind of stood behind/side of you. Not sure if it’s always set up that tight or just on Vday. But food and everything. Else was great

The drinks are really good and come out fast! I don’t thinker not liked something from the menu. Recommend highly!

Excellent food and service. I booked table of 8 but we ended up 12. The server was nice and accommodated immediately. Food and margaritas were amazing. Service was slow. Had great time.

Love this place! Was dreaming about their authentic tortilla soup, best I’ve ever had. I asked them to make me a pisco sour and it was delicious.

My wife and I were greeted right away by the friendly staff and sat in the main dining area. After ordering some chips and salsa (which was fresh) with margaritas (also fresh lime) we decided to split mole negra chicken enchiladas with refried beans. "New craving unlocked!" Is what I said after the first bite. I can't wait to come back and try every sauce. Our server was awesome and made sure we were loving everything! The food is obviously made from scratch and everything on the plate has intention. We decided to order the sushi grade tuna ceviche for one more dish to share and it was delicious. Ambience and vibe is great for a family outing or intimate date night. Low lit and colorful. I love Mexican restaurants that don't cut corners and prepare everything correctly down to the refried beans and fresh lime margs. We'll be back! Stay wild!
