   Have been wanting to try this spot! Made a reservation and got in early. It’s certainly a lively spot. The music is fun but a bit loud. It was hard to hear my friend talking. Not the best Mexican food I’ve had in my entire life, but I liked my tacos and margarita!

   Excellent! Everything! This is a #1 for us on the Eastside. Have the elotes! Margarita are the best! No mix here, real stuff!

   I thought my husband was crazy when he said he wanted to order a burger at a Mexican restaurant. I have never been more wrong in my life. We have traveled all around the world eating hamburgers and the burger at El 42 Cantina ranks in the top 5, maybe even the top 3. We will be back.

   Love El42. The Streetery has been a lot of fun this year. Hoping Issaquah will do this again next year without COVID! Food and drinks are always excellent and servers work their butts off. Can't wait until they get their new section opened up.

   We sat outside on the sidewalk and had a great time. The food, drinks and service were great. I can definitely recommend the scratch margaritas, the guacamole and the carne asada.
