We had family of 4 and the service was poor! And made to order on app was very difficult while trying to entertain 2 children. Could of done with just ordering of menu poor service. The young woman could of been alot more helpful.

Open table bookings not recognised at the Cheshire oaks restaurant, so had to wait for a table even though they were half empty. Service was slap dash considering it was so quiet on the night, no milkshakes available and the coke floats were made wrong ??? Not in any rush to go back anytime soon, which is a shame as it use to be nice :-(

We got seated straight away. (Near the door) so we felt cold as when people where waiting for a table to become available they were standing with the door open. We had hotdogs, chips with Mac n cheese, they missed the guerkins off, so had to ask for them. I had sticky toffee pudding it was nice, but missed the ice cream off it, so again, I had to ask for it. I also had a Carmel milkshake which was very nice. I did have a voucher for a free one, but I was charged for it, luckily I seen on the bill, so they took it off before we left. It was very noisy in there, we went at 1pm. The food was nice. Expensive for what it was, but only went coz it was my kids birthday treat.

Shocking from start to finish, lack of front of house staff. Waited 15 minutes for order to be taken and then another 20 minutes for 3 soft drinks to arrive. Food was bland and mostly over cooked.

No point in booking as still had to que with everyone else outside. Booked 2.15 seated 2.45. Juke box broken so disappointing for the novelty of taking kids to an American Diner. Staff to busy to notice we tried to get there attention so got our own condiments. Had 2 fries left when staff asked “how is your meal”. A bit late if there was an issue. Food was OK.

Absolute disgrace! Booked our annual Christmas meal for us and our 2 children at 5.30! Turned up all staff inside sitting around and would not open the door to us. Absolutely terrible had to go and find a table elsewhere on Christmas Eve! Disgusting

We booked but when we turned up, we were seated and weren't seen to, to order for at least 20 minutes. Once staff did come over to take our order, they informed us that several main menu items including wings, onion rings, waffle fries, etc were no longer available. We were disappointed as we were going to order all of this and also annoyed that we weren't informed this as we walked in and instead after waiting 20 minutes so we ended up walking out and eating elsewhere, as did several other customers.
