   Terrible. Wouldn’t even let us in on Christmas after we had reservations for 1 month. Forgot to tell us it’s a military base and civilians can’t access the resort? -_-

   Great food but at the end because we had a late appointment. Some of the food that was nearly empty was not replace.

   We went to Christmas dinner at Edelweiss and it was amazing! We were lucky to have Tony our as our server for this meal. He was great, checking in on us often and making sure everything was good. The staff during this huge meal, with such a large crowd was very organized, efficient, and refilled anything that ran out quickly! We highly recommend holiday dinners at Edelweiss. Thank you for making our holiday great!

   The Christmas Dinner was excellent with a large variety of food. We had an approximately 1.5 hour window before the table was scheduled for other guests which allowed us sufficient time to enjoy the meal. We plan on returning for the Christmas Dinner in 2020.

    Christmas dinner buffet 2019 was wonderful! We reserved an early afternoon reservation (13:15) and were said our time slot was until 15:00... more than enough time to leisurely enjoy the large and amazing selection of food from the appetizers and salads buffet, the main entrees buffet, the carving station, as well as the dessert buffet. Servers were offering to take family photos at different tables and were just wonderful. We were not hurried at all, the atmosphere was festive. The wine we chose was exceptional, and we were full and happy when we left. Great job Edelweiss Resort and your wonderful staff!
