   Limited menu which means they do everything well. The service was impeccable. The soft live piano music was a pleasure we did not expect.

   Made a reservation for my sisters 66th birthday and notes that on the reservation. Nothing done. I called about bringing a cake. Man I spoke with was very rude. He told me he has to pay when I reserve through open table so I could not bring in a cake. He said if I cancelled with Open Table I could bring it in. I asked if we should go elsewhere and he said that was fine. No wonder the place isn’t very busy. The food was good, service was very slow. Probably won’t go back.

   Poor service and poor food. They were understaffed but tried but was not enough.

    The experience was perfect! Not full stars for service just because they had two huge parties come in so we waited somewhat for service; but they all did the best they could. We had good German beer and pretzels which tide us over till our entrees, which all came out temp hot. 2 dishes we've had before, the Hungarian Style Goulash which was just a little salty but the meat was tender and noodles cooked perfectly. The Chicken Schnitzel was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor with Spaetzle, yum! 2 we first tried was the Leberkase with purple cabbage that blended 3 kinds of meat and presented like a meatloaf with cabbage. If you don't have texture issues, it is tasty! And the Rouladen, perfectly cooked flank type steak wrapped around bacon, onions mustard and pickles with spaetzle and cabbage. Entertainment was a lovely woman playing some traditional music, along with folks on the dance floor dancing the "chicken dance"...priceless! Have patience for service, especially if busy, for it is worth it! Just sit back and enjoy a little bit of German culture while sipping on a chosen beverage with pretzels!
