   Food is always outstanding and consistsnt. We love having music too. Nina is our favorite waitress.

   We just had the nicest time. Dinner was delicious and I must say our waiter Jeremy was fantastic. I really hope when I return again the next time he will be working..

   Excellent food and service as usual. Small annoyance...the chef WOULD NOT MAKE ranch dressing for my daughter's salad. I understand that may be more "basic" than he prefers but I thought customer service and meeting customer's requests would be honored, if as simple as a dressing request. Other locations have honored this previously.

   We are regular customers at Eddie V's, although we hadn't been there to eat in the last couple of months. While the food was prepared as requested, and the fish, steak, and potatoes were well prepared, the time it took to get our meal was really long and the asparagus was tough, skinny, and sparse. Our server told us the reason our meal was taking so long was that the potatoes we ordered were burned so that our entire meal needed to be made again so that everything to be served to us would be freshly prepared. We arrived at 5:30pm, seated by 5:35, did not order any appetizers, and were served our meal after 7pm. Later we asked for coffee with our desert and did not get that until we were done with our desert and ready for our bill. After asking for the bill, we received our coffee, we gave our credit card to the server's assistant to speed things up. Our server processed it at the same time as the table adjacent to us. He came back and gave that table their receipt, but put our receipt folder under his arm and went to a different adjacent table of 6 people and took their order BEFORE giving us our receipt. Are you kidding me? We wanted to get out of there. That server needed to have some situational awareness. Finally, as we were leaving the restaurant, the server ran after us to open the door and continued to talk with us. We just wanted to leave and go home as it is now almost 8pm. I don't know WHAT really went on. Did the kitchen burn the potatoes, did the server not get the order in, or did some group of things happen? I do know, that without asking, the restaurant comped our sides, desert and coffee, which was greatly appreciated. If we had never been to Eddie V's before, when we had great service, I know we would never go back again. And, it is most likely going to be awhile for us to go back given this experience. It was painful.

    I had met a very dear friend for our 50th birthdays. Service was excellent and I can’t say anything negative! We were taken care of like we were royalty! Nacho even escorted me to the restroom on his arm, like a true gentleman. Chivalry still exists! Rogelio was awesome and we can’t wait to go back.
