   The food was excellent and generous portions. The service was okay but not as good as we had read in other reviews.

   Everyone needs to come here! Especially for brunch! There’s also a drag show that starts at 1:30 pm and one of the best I’ve seen!

   I love this place! It really is a hidden gem! Parking is limited up front, but there is parking in the rear and lots of street parking. I’m really enjoyed the food, from start to finish. I had the bruschetta to start (delicious), a burger for my main (cooked perfectly) and the fries were crispy, hot, and seasoned perfectly. Maybe the best thing was dessert— I forget the name, but it was a fried cookie dough cannoli or something, but OMG, it was so good. I’ll definitely be back! I went on a Monday, during trivia, it was a blast. Probably a little louder than normal in the bar area, but there is an adjacent dining room that was quieter and more private.

   We moved to the area about five months ago and have been struggling to find a go-to neighborhood restaurant and we finally found it!! The food is AMAZING. And I'm a San Francisco foodie, so I don't say that lightly. I had the tenderloin medallions, which were perfectly tender and juicy. The accompanying sauces were a delightful juxtaposition of sweet and spicy, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. My husband had the chicken schnitzel and loved it. He's a pretty picky eater, and he liked it so much, I was lucky to get to taste a bite! Our server, James was fun and friendly, service from the kitchen was slightly slow, but we were the first customers of the evening, so not entirely surprising. Definitely forgivable, and I expect will not be the case on our next visit.

   There was only one waiter on staff for the entire restaurant. He was stressed and visibly overwhelmed.

   My boyfriend and I went back there after a year of dating, in which our first date was also at Eclectic. This time we sat back on the patio, and we had a really good time. It was pretty busy, and we didn’t even notice that food took more time than usual, but our server came and apologized and offered first drinks on them. It was so kind! We had a great time, and the back patio was really peaceful. The food was amazing, too!

   Great place to meet up with friends. Not too crowded on a Friday evening, made for a perfect spot for the 8 of us to catch up. Food was delicious.

    Sunday brunch salmon croquettes over gouda cheese grits was the most tasty dish I have ever put in my mouth. Just absolutely awesome. New chef is doing a great job.
