   The place has an open airy feel, staff were friendly and helpful as well as attentive.. Our starter was Focaccia bread and Buratta, both excellent and pair nicely ( note if you only order the Buratta it does not come with anything to put it on. It is very authentic Italian food. Fresh pasta,I thought I was getting lasagna but my dish was made with lasagna noodles. While everything was delicious it was not what I thought I was getting. We order Asparagus but never received it. Not even sure if I was charged for it. Would I go back, yes . I would be more careful to understand what I was getting. Price was fair for what was served and overall I enjoyed my dinner

   We enjoyed being in the restaurant, our server was great, very informative. Food was not worth the price - both pizza's were soggy, not generous with ingredients and the ravioli was tough and not hot - but the tomato sauce was good. When you order pasta, bread should come with it, at least one slice!!!??? Overpriced in our opinion.

   Nelson was amazing the smallest detail like after eating r apps he cleared them brought new utensils filled out water cups constantly never at Eataly aside from Luca has this been done prices r a bit high

   I eat at Eataly Yorkville often ("often" = 8-10x a year), and it's always exactly what you expect from a higher end chain - decent food and good service. At the Sherway location, the food was good but the room is massive and chaotic, could not even hear my 2 tablemates speak. Almost a cafeteria vibe. The service was very slow (I don't blame the wait staff, to be clear). 15+ minutes after seated for waiter to come over, food came in parts to the table (panzerotto first, 10 min later pastas), at the height of dinner hour, apps no longer available. The food was good, and the waiter was friendly. They gifted us a take-away dessert because it was our anniversary and we didn't want dessert at the table, which was a nice touch.

   Delicious stone oven baked pizzas, get ambient atmosphere, and a lovely waitress named Jessie! Pleasant and lovely lady! Will come back and I definitely recommend.

   Love the spot, this was our third time coming here to this location! And one thing we really like is that its spacious, the food and drinks are always on point! Except this time they changed an item on their menu that was one of our favourite things (the calamari) and the acidity in their salad dressing was a little overwhelming for my taste! But apart from that everything was amazing and we’ll be back soon!

   Greeted right away by knowledgeable staff member. Once food orders were We never saw them again- no one asked how our meals were or asked if we needed anything. Appetizer with Burrata was delicious ! Pizza was amazing. All other meals were average - fish overcooked , pasta had no flavor. Kids penne had an entire half a mozzarella ball in the middle. No inquiries if they would prefer Parmesan on the butter pasta. We were looking forward to meal but were disappointed

   Despite having made a reservation through Open Table, we were initially escorted to a table in a side room full of very young children. We asked and the hostess moved us to a better table in the main restaurant area. This restaurant is extremely noisy, so don’t expect to have a conversation over dinner. Our server, Julia, was absolutely delightful, extremely attentive, and friendly. She is the main reason we gave such a high overall rating. While there’s a fairly good selection of wines, it’s quite pricy. My mother asked for a cocktail, and despite our server’s best efforts she was unable to convince the bartenders to make that drink because it’s not on their standard list of offerings. It’s unclear why there’s zero flexibility, or why they didn’t even bother to suggest an alternative. The food here is quite good. The frito misto is tasty, crispy, and not at all greasy. We also ordered the patates frites expecting Parmesan fries, but got crispy roast potatoes with a tiny amount of grated Parmesan on top. There was no accompanying aioli, so we requested that and were told that’s extra. The rest of our meals were very tasty. Overall, it felt like we’re were dining in a slightly upscale cafeteria tonight. The best part of our dining experience here was our amazing server, but that doesn’t compensate for the many negatives, or the fact that we felt like we didn’t get the value we expected. Don’t think we’ll be back again.
