   Service was slow. Food was cold had to send back that bad They redid the chicken but just reheated the rest. First time we had slow service and bad meal at this restaurant.

   Made a reservation for 4 under my name. Others arrived first and the didn’t acknowledge or seat them until I arrived. My salad came out incorrect and was never fixed. When our meals came out we didn’t get a follow up until half way thru, and had to ask for parm (never had to ask for that before). I requested to have a refill which never came, we were given our bills and handed a debit machine and were never attended to again. Felt rushed, and were placed near a team and another big table and felt as we were not needed

   Not expecting gourmet food as it is a chain restaurant but the veal parmesan was burned to a crisp and was rock hard. The pasta was overcooked ans they just put the sauce on top of half the noodles. The rest were plain.

   The food was good. The service was awful. We waited 20 minutes to place drink orders. Food came out after we had been there about an hour and then we were given the wrong meals (meals were similar but not right). The lady assisting the waiter looked at us as though the delivery had been our fault. Then we waited forever to get our bill and all we wanted to do was leave by then. Overall food was good, but service was lacking.

   Very busy and too loud for my liking. Party of four. 3 of us asked for soup and 1 salad. Salad took a bit and then she told us soup was not ready so we asked for salad, waited another 15 min, got our salad finally and then our meal 2 min after. So we really had everything all at once, not once did she ask if we wanted refills on our drinks and then took forever for our bill even after I stood up and put my coat on. Two spaghetti and meatball, 1 sausage penne were all good but the chicken tetrezinni had no taste. All in all it was way too loud, food was ok but the service sucked! Never again at this location, she is lucky she got a tip!

   Believe it or not the food tasted better but the staff could have paid more attention to the little details. Must have been burned before from previous non tippers.

   My son enjoyed the three cheese ravioli because it was delicious and generous with the cheese. I enjoyed the Italian Wedding soup before having the cub wrap. My husband enjoyed the spicey penne which had a nice kick. The bread was enjoyed by all! My daughter enjoyed her fettuccine with a good portion of bacon. Would recommend each of the dishes.

   We were forgotten about. Took 20 mins for a server to come to us and then brought our drinks and salad and then disappeared. Even after we asked someone to get him, he never came. Even though we kept seeing him go to other tables. No drink refills no salad refills. We just sat there forgotten.

    reception was attentive and when we asked to .ove tables as right by door and drafty they accommodated. server was pleasant and helpful. overall great meal
