   Food was fantastic, bit pricey but don't mind paying for quality. Atmosphere great, will definitely be going back again.

   What a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend the Venue. On arrival Earp is absolutely stunning from arriving at the building the entry is stunning to the interior. The staff made us feel commutable and welcome on arriving to the time we left. Food is so reasonably priced for such good food, we ordered a range of dishes and would definitely return, A huge variety mouthwatering dishes. The blending experience was fantastic staff are still raving about how good it was. This is something we would recommend to anyone organizing an event. The staff are extremely knowledgeable not only did we learn about Earp distillery we discovered interesting flavors we didn't even imagine we liked.

   Always great food, cocktails and service. There is a change in menu since we last came here but stand out dishes were then Gruyère croquettes, lamb skewers, crocodile bites, spatchcock and steak/frites. Chillicello as my favourite cocktail of the night.

   We booked a Gin Blending class which was a bit of fun! The staff were informative and friendly. We had drinks and food before and after with good service too.

   Our group of five shared six small plates plus dessert each which was perfect We licked the plates clean of the caramel sauce on the panna cottas it was that good! The mocktails were fabulous too - yes strange we drank mocktails at a distillery but we couldn't tell the difference!

   What a great day! Our small group of four booked for lunch prior to doing the blending class, then stayed after the class for more food and drinks. We decided on shared food plates which were fantastic. The blending class was absolutely amazing! Ness is supremely knowledgeable and fabulous running this class. The guided tasting, explanations and ability to fix what we couldn't with our blends was magical. Will be coming back to do the distilling class too! After the class we were looked after by May who has blended a magical cocktail that is so addictive we stayed way longer than expected just to keep drinking. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fun no stress day out - just don't even think about driving home or you'll miss the fun!

   The bar attendant greeted us at the entry door and offered to take a photo of our group under the Earp Distillery sign out the front. She was very enthusiastic and passionate about the distillery and all it had to offer. Nothing was a problem and she made our experience a pleasant and enjoyable one. The food was amazing and couldn’t recommend it enough. The drinks were outstanding and were at a reasonable cost. I would also like to say how entertaining the blending session was. I was amazed with the knowledge the girl had about the history and the spirits. We will definitely be heading back to Earp Distillery.

    Earp Distilling was fantastic! i went in knowing nothing about gin, nor a gin drinker and left completely knowledgeable about the art of making gin and now have a taste for gin! They have a large variety of in house made gins and other spirits which all delicious and unique tastes - highly recommend trying it all out. Thier menu is a Tapas selection with all new and exciting plates i haven't tried anywhere around the Central Coast and Newcastle region before. First time trying Crocodile Bites and Master Stock Poussin and i was blown away with the taste of them! I wish i could have tried more, but i will be returning soon to try the rest of the menu and spirit selection
