   It was extremely pricey for what we got. My steak was so tough i couldnt poke it with my fork & had lots ofvwhat i call sineu in it. The stramed carrots were under cooked had to cut with knife. Potatoes ,& beets were great

   Great food and service. Questionable booking through Open Table...ended up with a poor table and had to ask to move. Not what we had requested.

   It was Valentines and they were overwhelmed with the number of orders. It took about 50-60 minutes to get our food and with two young kids this wasn’t acceptable. We almost got up and left but the food came just in time. Wait Staff were friendly and helpful but they couldn’t fix this. We got our desserts to go and left before they arrived as it took too long.

   The website didn't permit me to choose the bar side versus the dining room side for my reservation. I added this information to a subsequent note asking to reserve that specific table. When I arrived at the restaurant I was seated at this table (corner booth by the fireplace) when another individual approached the table with the server and said she reserved that table. Since I was there first the staff found another section for this individual. You need to consider how to revise the online booking system so this doesn't happen other than that the service, food, and atmosphere was exceptional.

   The service was terrible, slow and multiple errors. The server should find a different line of work. Not pleasant, not fast, not accurate.

   I booked through the open table & when we went to the restaurant they did not have our reservation. They were very accommodating but it was a bit frustrating that they didn't know we were coming especially with a party of 9. The table was crowded as they had several other large groups at the same time. I liked the restaurant but was not happy with booking the reservation online.

    I thought the waitress was very nice and accommodating but we waited for over 50 minutes before our order was taken. I thought this was way too long. However, once the food was ordered, we got our food within 15 minutes which I thought was very fast considering we had a large group.
