   I am not 100% sure how this place received such high marks, but my family and I did not have a good experience. Our waitress was new so we definitely wanted to make sure we extended grace but did I best to make sure we had all that we needed. We ordered appetizers and entrees. Our appetizers came out at a pretty decent time but our entrees?! Over an hour. For starters, I ordered the California roll (which I immediately sent back). The paper they used is not good at all. I was told this isn’t considered real sushi so I guess my expectations should have been lower even though they have various sushi dishes on the menu. My family ordered the calamari, which was okay, and the wagyu beef dish was pretty good. My brother’s gf ordered the steak and truffle tortellini and she was completely underwhelmed to say the least. For the entrees, All that was ordered was 2 burgers, a steak Cobb salad and fries and a pork chop dinner. There was barely anyone in the restaurant. Why did take this long!? The steak was burned, fries that accompanied one of the burgers was cold and the pork chop was horrible! It smelled and tasted so gamey and that it was completely inedible. Our honest opinion is that it may have been spoiled and it was not seasoned at all. The manager told us that this restaurants pork chop is not like most places. That pork chop was brined overnight so it should be super juicy and it was also freshly prepared that morning so there is no way it could have been spoiled. Something can definitely go bad very easily if left out. It does not matter if it was freshly prepared that morning. We arrived in the late afternoon. Anything is possible. Plus, the person who ordered the pork chop went to culinary school and knows all about the versions techniques. The pork was just bad. The manager was attentive and our waitress really wanted to make things right but there was truly nothing that could have been done. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

   The service and environment was good or ok but food was very salty. Others in my party noted same and that the food did not taste good. I don't think I will go back again or recommend it.

   Very good restaurant, enjoyed an early lunch. Food was fresh, service excellent. Wide variety of options. In an easily accessible location with parking.

   Hi Katherine, I'm sorry to hear this was your experience although I am a bit confused, as we're not open for breakfast and unfortunately none of the items you listed are items we have on our menu.    Our server Farrah at the high tops was so nice and welcoming. She was super accommodating with all of our requests (non spicy Bloody Mary, single waffle on the side). The food was delicious and just what we needed for a late brunch. Solid value and chill meal. Will definitely be back.

   I have been here many times. Food is good. However, Everytime I come here the service just gets worse and worse. Waiters have attitudes and do not check up on you often. Food takes forever to be served to us. Drinks have been dropped on my food and my food has fallen on the floor many times before being delivered to my table. Just very sloppy service. It ruins the rest of my experience every time.

    This was my second time visiting Earl's Kitchen + Bar and the experience was just as wonderful as the 1st time. The hostess and wait staff are all exceptional at what they do. Everyones energy and customer service was top notch! That alone makes visiting restaurants like this worth the experience. The price point of the menu items were average. The restaurant atmosphere alone is vibe. And the cocktails were on point. The waiters know there stuff and was able to suggest menu items based off of what you had a taste for. Will definitely be visiting again.
