   Earls is in Orlando is always an amazing experience. The food is always amazing, and the service is phenomenal!!

   Horrible service, over priced. This isn’t the first time. I keep hoping they’re better than they are but it just keeps getting more expensive & the service is far from reflective of the prices. 20 min to get my first beverage….never saw the second one I ordered & no one at my table ever got a refill.

   First time at Earl's Kitchen, in spite of going to the Mall at Millenia many times! This place and others accessible only from outside the mall really need to advertise inside the mall. Food and drinks were great, the steak and sushi combo was fantastic, good post-workout protein dish! Outdoor seating is very nice, north exposure so shady and breezy, and seats were super comfy. Definitely will come back.

   We reserved through open table. It was me and my daughter we order a few apps and drinks. The place is overall nice looking and calm. The food was good except the birria tacos were awful. It’s the service that made it awful. It took forever for server to come over and when she did we decided to order everything so we wouldn’t have to wait forever for her to come back. She took our orders and a while later someone delivered our food. She brought no drinks and only checked on us once. So when she came back we asked for check. As we checked out we mentioned we had no drinks brought in which were still on the bill. It just wasn’t up to par.

   The Spicy Calabrian Pasta was delicious! Loved the pieces of caramelized chorizo sausage throughout. Spicy but not too spicy.

   Slow to non existent service. Had three people at host stand and 1 server for the majority of tables. Food was incorrectly brought after confirming substitutions. Family bathroom was disgusting. Been many times before but this time was terrible.

   We had a great meal. We ate outside. So not sure the noise level inside but outside was great. Great service. Delicious food.

    Really slow service (20 minutes to take our order, another 35 for the food to come out). Asked for the manager and he apologized and asked if our food was warm and that was all. Hostess was really nice, but that’s unfortunately the only positive about this place.
