   Toni, our waitress, was great. She was extremely attentive and very kind. She would put in our drink order it and would take forever. Drinks took at least 20 minutes to arrive after we ordered them, asked for ketchup with our food -never arrived (even though Toni rang it in). Could’ve been a much better experience, but not because of our waitress. Also glassware was absolutely filthy, had to change it out. Not in a rush to return anytime soon, unfortunately

   Good food but we were served our mains while we were still eating appetizers. While eating barely saw a waiter to be able to order more drinks. That being said, the ambiance, service, and vibes were very good. Top floor is definitely way better than the main floor.

   Food and service were both excellent! Staff is friendly and helpful! Its a busy place but food is served timely and staff are very attentive! Its a vibe! Will be back soon!

   Had an amazing experience here! The crispy rice and sushi were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. My passionfruit martini was incredible, easily one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The vibe was great and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely one of my new favorite spots in Fort Lauderdale!

   The food was very good and the waiter was excellent. It was my second time there. The noise level makes it difficult to have a conversation and the drinks are very small and very overpriced. I got what I would consider a half of a martini for $22. Most places at this level will give you a full martini for $17-18. I will not go back. $44 dollars for a martini is ridiculous.

   I have been to Earl‘s Kitchen several times since they have opened. I had a reservation and specifically had requested the rooftop patio. When I arrived and checked in at the hostess stand, I was told that my table was not ready and to wait at the bar.  After approximately 30 minutes I checked again and was told that somehow the system had canceled out my reservation and that there were still no tables available.  After approximately 10 to 15 more minutes I received a text that my table was ready.  I went back to the hostess stand and was told that my table still was not ready and the host manager, Uri was called over. Instead of rectifying the problem, he told me that since I did not respond to the numerous text messages they had sent me previously saying the table was ready, there were no tables available and I would still be sitting there waiting up to an hour, unless I wanted to sit downstairs. I told him that no text messages had been sent, and somehow the reservation had been canceled out while I was waiting for my table. I found his demeanor to be very rude and he in no way tried to assist me. Instead of addressing the actual issue, apologizing for how long I had been waiting, and locating me a table, he acted as if all of it was my fault and that I was going to continue waiting up to an hour because of it. After another 10 minutes or so I went back to the hostess stand and was told that the table still was not ready and at that point, I asked to speak to a manager. After speaking to the manager, within five minutes, I was escorted to my table upstairs. I noticed approximately five empty tables that were set with no guests sitting at them. As a local and avid visitor to this restaurant, I was beyond disappointed by the time I waited for my table and by the demeanor and poor customer service I received from the host manager. I find this to be completely unacceptable.

   The menu has a good variety, and we would definitely return! The restaurant is very loud but a lively environment! Service was good, but not super attentive.
