    Very unfortunate. Went out to Earls in the financial district as this location is much nicer than the other location on King. The server had 0 charisma. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and if that was the case, call in sick or quit. We didn’t have cutlery when our food was served. No napkins. Water took forever to come to the table. She looked 100% disinterested in doing her job so needless to say I certainly did not tip. Service was well below average. Really unfortunate because I think the food at Earls is amazing. Not worth the trip and probably wouldn’t go again to this location. My bill was about $175 and just did not feel worth the money. Toronto really needs better standards on service.

    Our table was not ready until 8:30 (7:45 arrival). Entire drink order “lost” at the bar (“bartender deleted it”). One meal missed from order. Disappointing

    Celebrated my 23rd birthday here and they took such good care of me and my party. The service was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to celebrate a special event to go to this location.

    Our waiter named Julien was miserable and rude to us. Service took so long for so few things, we think he forgot about our table at one point. When making the reservation I picked dining room which said it would be intimate, however we were seated right by the patio doors and next to the bar and it was so noisy. Do not recommend again. Service was not good, we were disappointed.
