   The experience was great and so was the service but the music was way too loud to enjoy conversations.

   We had reservations for five people at 4 at Earls during what wasn’t a particularly busy time — many tables around us were empty. Despite that, it took over 10 minutes just to place our drink orders. Appetizers took longer than expected, and lunch wasn’t served until nearly 5 p.m., by which point we were starving and practically inhaled our meals. The service felt rushed and indifferent, as if they were doing us a favor. At one point, we were told the bar was backed up — even though half the restaurant was empty — and we were only waiting on two Cokes and a glass of wine. If it weren’t for how amazing the food was, the experience would have been truly frustrating. Nobody asked if we wanted coffee or dessert, which was disappointing. The food was truly excellent, but the slow and dismissive service would make us think twice before coming back.

   This seems to be a very popular Happy Hour place! Food and drinks were good. I don’t know if our server just had too many tables or what but we didn’t get much attention so never ordered second drinks and cancelled our dessert after it didn’t come out over 20 minutes after ordering….

   Food was outstanding and the service was FANTASTIC! Our servers were Sofia and Cole and they were wonderful Highly recommend this restaurant.

   Nice place, good food, service and ambience was great however be prepared to dish out money as the prices are on the expensive side. A burger is in the $24 range and a steak dinner will run you $60 and up.

   Loved the street corn guacamole dip, it’s a must have. The southwest salad was very good! Their service is top notch, all the waiters and waitresses are very kind and friendly. All of their martinis are excellent!!

   The server Pablo was very attentive to details, great attitude and demeanor. The manager came by to say hello, also very attentive to details. Restaurant has a great customer service culture. Made me and my friend enjoy the lunch and the time spent there. Will surely go back soon.

   I must say that we were utterly impressed with how caring and attentive the entire staff was. The host (I forget his name) was dynamite. My party was about 20 people as we celebrated a birthday, and everything went seamlessly, without a hitch. I was flabbergasted and in absolute awe by the way everyone was so accommodating. Our server, Pablo, was delightful. The tall, dark brother at the bar was splendid and the atmosphere was a total vibe. The only thing I would say is: please add more vegan-friendly options to the Happy Hour menu. But other than that, chef’s kisses all around!! XoXo … Keep up the great work. You all deserve bonuses!!
