   Everything was great, but is will not be worth the membership fee that is going to be required after the first of the year. There are too many other good restaurants in Williamsburg. Even at the height of the season the restaurants are never more than half full it boggles the mind why they would want to make them even more exclusive? Part of the reason that we go there is because it is never busy. Now they want to make it even less busy? Genius. It is crazy.

   Restaurant is small. We were put in a small room with only a few tables, one being occupied by a large, loud group. My husband and I could not hear each other at all. We asked to move but there were no tables available in the larger room. Server was apologetic and gracious. We ended up in a cozy little corner table in the bar which was lovely. The live music was soft and tasteful. Overall pleasant experience due to the polite and accommodating staff. BTW lovely resort!

   We were greeted as we entered the restaurant & shown to our table quickly. Our server introduced herself, filled our water glasses & asked if we'd like to order a drink while four of us waited for the last two of our party to arrive. The orders were taken, the food arrived promptly, & was delicious. The corn & crab chowder was especially good. We would return hopefully on a warmer day so we can take advantage of the outdoor seating.

   We ate on the patio and the atmosphere was very nice. We were disappointed that there was no live music as had been advertised. The pork sliders were cold and tasteless.

   We really enjoyed our dinner experience at Eagles Restaurant especially our waiter John He was very informative regarding the menu and overall Kingsmill Resort.

   We ate in the bar. Decent offerings for a club house. They did call us the day of the reservation to tell us that at the time of of our reservation, the lunch menu changes to the bar menu. We would return if golfing there again.

    Outstanding service and an overall wonderful evening. Filet was a little overpowered by the demi, and the side dish could have been better. The Crab and Corn chowder was excellent. Great after dinner entertainment provided by Brandon Wilson.
