Our Tasting Room is available for reservation, for a more private experience, or on days we are not open to the public. Make a reservation after a day on the river, it’s a perfect day to end-cap your outdoor adventures.

Our whisky is a bridge for Bourbon lovers and Scotch drinkers, thoughtfully crafted in the mountains of Colorado. We wanted a local, peated, single malt scotch and couldn’t find any. So, we decided to make our own. Our whisky is a labor of love that has been worth the wait. We’ve sourced barley, malted over peat fires in Scotland, and built a whisky around that. Our unique flavor comes from a traditional scotch recipe aged in refilled American oak, 100% barley, and proofed down to a civilized 40% ABV. We distill with traditional pot stills to create a unique whisky that harkens to the Scottish style of a thoughtful, well-crafted spirit to be enjoyed slowly.
