   Found Dumplin’ on Open Table. Went on a great warm evening and sat outside. Raquel, our server, was so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free and dairy-free diet. We ordered a bit of everything: cucumber salad, whipped tofu, tuna tartare( which is the only thing I wouldn’t get again), lamb kebabs, and both a fried and steamed dumpling. We will definitely be back; Highlands Square is a fun little area to walk around before or after dinner as well!

   We had an unforgettable meal at Dumplin last night. Our favorite dishes were the hamachi crudo, the porchetta bao buns, and the wagyu and black truffle dumplings. The octopus fritto was irresistible and was so light and crispy. Innovative flavors, thoughtful presentation, and service was top notch. For dessert, the scorched s’more sundae is absolute perfection! Can’t wait to return for another date night or with a small group!

   Dumplin is a great experience. Good food, and now with the Frito on the menu; yum! I do wish food was 10% cheaper, and Little Buddha was in stock. But the world always has a few things that don’t work out in ones’ favor.

   I’ve never left a review good or bad, but Dumplin deserves it’s praise. Our server, Raquel, was amazing and made our random Saturday dinner special. We started with the cucumber salad which was refreshing and the perfect level of spice. We then had the best dish I’ve tasted in years, the Wagyu & Black Truffle Pan-Fried Dumplings. These are a Must Order. The Panchetta Boa Buns were delicious and then we finished with the Cacio Pepe Ramen. Everything was spaced out well and delicious. The team saw how much we were enjoying this dinner and was kind enough to give us the S’more’s Sunday dessert to try. It was spectacular. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

   They serve you a house made sake when you arrive and you are seated at a cute little table . They have chic artwork and the food is slendid. The have different items on the menu everyday such as soup dumplings and ramen . We had a lobster dumpling and a wagyu beef dish that were incredible. Highly recommend. Oh and don’t forget to save room for their smores dessert.

   Highly disappointing experience considering the history and quality of other Bonnano concept restaurants. Cucumber salad was good, chicken/ginger dumplings were bland, Nduja dumplings were tough, fritto octopus was the best bite of the night, lobster ramen needed the poached egg it had when it was at Bones and finally, the Thai tea cannoli dessert needed way more tea flavor and the shells were almost burnt. Didn’t have whiskey or lager in stock. Super empty for a Sunday evening. All around poor experience for a $250 meal.

    Food was absolutely incredible! So excited to have this spot in the neighborhood! We will absolutely be regulars here.
