   Food and services are all excellent. My father in law manage a French cuisine up in Philadelphia and he was very satisfied about all the food served here.

   Zach, our regular server, is always professional and knowledgeable. Nabil, our server assistant, is always smiling, observant and watchful of our service. The food is always spectacular. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Nashville.

   The saving grace to this tasting menu was the iconic JG caviar toast… The tartare was okay, and the sea bass was good. Unfortunately the rest of the meal was so disappointing I couldn’t bring myself to self to take a second bite. The risotto was sinful (and not in a good way) the beef main course was entirely inedible (the Sriracha sauce destroyed the dish, brussels sprouts bitter and undercooked, and truly just disgusting) I opted out of the pastry course fearful of another dish I couldn’t eat. Wine paring was okay but for the price I expedited more intriguing, wines, and more interaction with the Sommelier, I asked for the wine with the pastry course and was given a coffee based cocktail after expressing to the bartender that I dont drink coffee. He was very kind and offered me a glass of champagne instead. The bartender’s were very friendly and made for good conversation but I most likely won’t be coming back. If Jean George had the meal I had tonight he would have a STROKE!

   We had the tuna tartare and buratta. Sea bass and salmon. Chardonnay, and lychee cocktail. Everything was exquisite. Service, ambiance, experience.

   Dining at Drusie & Darr is a wonderful culinary experience to say the least! Everything was great from the food to the service, and then meeting the chef at our table after dinner. The room is beautiful and unique, as it is in the perfectly renovated Hermitage Hotel. Have a drink at their amazing adjoining bar before dinner and check that out, too.

   Beautiful space, excellent service, lovely food. From the host to the server to the management, everyone made us feel warm, welcomed, and invited to celebrate our anniversary. The food was divine and the chef sent complementary food and a champagne toast. Such a great space for dinner and conversation.

    There was a large loud rowdy party that kind of ruined the experience. Food was great. Cauliflower dish was incredible.
