A great little spot to grab dinner. Hummus was excellent as well as the filet mignon plate. Wine was excellent and a healthy pour as well.

It was a nice overall experience but we were seated next to a group that was beyond noisy.I could not carry a conversation with my dinner partner whatsoever.

Had dinner here on New Year's Eve with a group of 7 ahead of the NYE Party at the McKittrick Hotel up the street (which might explain why we had a less than great experience). The space was bright and clean and it was tremendously easy to get a reservation, which is why we were there. Food was decent - flatbreads were a little sloppy, cheese cigars and charcuterie plate were amateur, but presentation and taste of the other items was enjoyable: falafel with hummus, mushroom casserole (delicious!). Also found the iPad menu rather off-putting and felt more like something for an Irish pub than a tapas place in Chelsea. The service left much to be desired - one server, one kitchen staff (I get it, it's NYE). The server gave of the vibe of hassling us to order and only told us the kitchen was closing 5 minutes before it did which caused us to get one more thing we didn't need because not all the food was out yet. He also didn't let us know that he was no longer serving coffee after 9:30pm. Much headshaking and eye-rolling towards an experience that should have otherwise been passable.

Liked the iPad they provide as the menu. Very cool to see pictures and descriptions of all the menu items. That being said, the food wasn't very good and the cocktails weren't that great either. Too bad! I really wanted to like this restaurant.

Food was excellent. Appetizers were wonderful and easily shared. Main course served without small side and no sides listed in menu. Sort of a minimal main I would still recommend regardless of above lack of side .
