Established in 2012 in the heart of Kendall by Chef Carlos Brescia and partners Jose Antonio Combina, Fiorella Terrazas, Dr. Limon was creatively designed from scratch to go with the theme of a Medical institution.

The creative theme, from the plates to the servers jackets, were all designed and created to go with one another in an all around real world theme. From the presentation of the plates to the logistics of handling a hot and cold kitchen, Chefs Carlos Brescia are known for the dedication and one-of-a-kind taste that you will experience with every plate as you indulge into your own delightful pleasure bite after bite.

Since we only use the freshest ingredients available as well as helping our local farmers and product providers, our plates are accessible to every type of food enthusiast, vegetarian, meat and fish lovers alike!

Had a reservation for 11:45 am on a Sunday. They opened at 11am, the restaurant was quiet, our table of 6 experienced no issues. Food came out quick, service was great, and we got charged the 18% service fee. Besides a couple of people at the bar area, the restaurant was empty.

Great service and friendly staff! The food is awesome! Tatiana was excellent, we always ask for her. It feels like you are family. Highly recommend trying it for yourself.

Our waiter David was excellent! Food always awesome! Our favorite restaurant. We visit once a week. You have to try it. Enjoy!

Patricia was our server and she was AMAZING. The food was phenomenal. They had a mix of Salsa and Latin Pop music going, which was great. We had wine but started off with a cocktail (pisco Sour) and it was top notch. Cannot wait to go back!
