   Excellent value for money. Most attentive FOH , nothing too much trouble. Definitely go again and recommend 👌

   I would definitely recommend Dormouse Haven, the food was amazing. All home made. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

   Lovely birthday treat for a friend who loves Alice in Wonderland. Beautiful savoury and sweet food. We each had a different afternoon tea. The owner was so hospitable and friendly.

   We had a lovely time but doubt we’ll return sadly. We loved the quirky theme, friendly staff and general ambiance. The food was a little disappointing- we had hoped for traditional afternoon tea with loose leaf tea, china tea set etc. We had early grey tea which was totally fine….but with tea bags and tea cups and saucers were china but tea pots weren’t. Not a major issue but just leaves something missing in the experience. We chose the Mad Hatter afternoon tea because we preferred more savory than sweet but the savoury was rather heavy with pate, sausage roll, pork pie - nothing wrong with it, just would have preferred more sandwiches in keeping with the traditional approach. Cakes were lovely- Victoria sponge inparticular. Scones in the final course were disappointing- a lemon one and a gingerbread one and they seemed a bit processed rather that the fresh fluffy scone we had hoped for. The amount of scone was fine but tiniest pot of jam and clotted cream to share between 3 and the clotted cream wasn’t a patch on the well known Welsh branded one - can’t remember the name! Overall, we thought it was fine, just didn’t quite have the refinement of a traditional afternoon tea that we hoped for and expected for the price.

   We went for afternoon tea and it was wonderful, the staff could not have been nicer and the food was delicious.

    Wow 👌. The venue food atmosphere 😍. A very special place. Perfect for a treat or celebration . Also the mini menu for lunch is a great idea. The Alice in wonderland theme is so well done. Everyone needs to try it
