   I suspect they’ve lost their chef , it’s just expensive tapas , good ingredients & wine list . Not really a restaurant

   Remember this place as a fruit & vegetable shop so was interested to see how it had been transformed into a restaurant. They have done a good job! A few tables were outside with heaters on, but we elected to be inside and upstairs. Food very good - we ordered a selection of "small plates" so it was like being in a Tapas Bar. Only one large plate on offer - which sounded good when described to us. Just as well we didn't select it as they had run out of the fish at 8.15pm! So I guess this was the only criticism ..... Perhaps 2 large plates should be on offer

   Lovely welcome! Comfortable seating, staff were very efficient! The food was very tasty and I love the smaller plate options! Cauliflower wings unreal!!

   Slow service and very overpriced. Large plates/mains which are not printed on the menu were poorly explained by the server, “steak with butter that we only cook medium/medium rare because it’s very good steak” and no prices given so we stuck with the small plates. Had high hopes as Donnybrook needs restaurants but won’t be back.

    Dorian continues to please..! From the efficient and courteous staff.. who obviously love working there... to the food quality and presentation. This is a little local gem in the heart of Donnybrook. I will often pop in on my own on odd evenings after work just to sit on a high stool near the bar... have a glass of vino and some "small bites" and watch the world go by outside in busy Donnybrook... or equally going there to join some friends at a larger table upstairs for a more substantial night out.. either way, I love this place... keep doing what you're doing Dorian... you're doing it well...!
