   Joyce was a great server! Thank you for finding out if I could mix shake flavors. The strawberry/chocolate combo was perfect!

   I came there on a Wednesday night and it was $1 burger. It was an good experience from the speakeasy to the food. The only improvement I would suggest is the service, especially if there's going to be an 20% charge. It was hard to get our waitress attention. However, I was able to get another staff to assist. I would have order more food but the wait was just too long so we ended up leaving.

   My family and I booked a table for 4. The service was outstanding. The ambiance cool, although I will admit I would have loved a bit of interactive stuff, but that is just me. The food was good and reasonable prices. My son loved his milkshake. Keep in mind they have a somewhat limited menu in terms of food, so take a look at the menu before booking to make sure the offerings are what you would like. We all liked what we ordered. It is a bit pricey, but we will be going back as we loved the ambiance and the service.

   Milk shakes are great as is their cheesy tater tots. Fish fry and chicken wraps were marginal. 20% added to the final bill is shared with everyone that works there. If you want to tip your waiter that’s an extra 10%. Overall the kids liked it but the adults would not return.

In hopes to clarify our service charge, we do attempt to make it clear as it is listed on our websites reservation page, our rules of repair, our confirmation email, as well as our menus and receipts. The 20% service fee goes toward all FOH staff to ensure they have a predictable income. We leave 3%, 6%, and 10% tip calculations at the bottom of your receipt to give a guideline on what is acceptance. We do not expect an additional tip, but always appreciate when folks do!    Kitschy and fun for kids - food extremely overpriced for what it is. Our children needed a second burger because they are so thin and small and literally come just a burger on a plate (fries, sides all extra fee) ordered a $20 mimosa served in a tub with a rubber duck, was about 4 ounces of champagne, a splash of juice and a lot of whipped cream. Tub was less than half full of beverage. Would have been better off to order a regular cocktail. service was so-so : our bill was wrong not once, but twice. Wouldn’t recommend - so many other great places in the area to check out for a great meal. Loved the idea of the speak easy feel - kids loved that it was “secret” - really was excited to check it out and wanted to love it but overall a disappointing and overly priced experience.

   I loved Don’s! The food the atmosphere the vibes were so nostalgic! Bought me back to my childhood ! The bathtub drink was great ! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area

   Service was great, the experience was pretty good. The only disappointment was that I had noted my son's 10th Birthday and they forgot to recognize it.

   This place is a dump. They add a mandatory 20% tip because no one would tip for any meaningful reason after what we saw here. It is not a speak easy. There is no hidden door. The food is worse that a school cafeteria. Overpriced drinks, sub-par service. Do yourself a favor and spend your dinner money somewhere else. This place is not worth the effort.
