   They said they can't access online reservations so they couldn't find my reservation and I could not collet points!

   Our party showed up right on time then, the manager informed us that they do not honor Open Table reservations. After some mild protest our party of six were seated at a table set for two. The restaurant was at least half empty with several large tables sitting empty, when we inquired about the empty large tables, manager claimed they were saved for a group of 28 people on their way in, we would have to stay at our small two-person table. We thought that considering the discomfort of a table too small, a huge group nearby, and the kitchen trying to keep up with a 28 person group, it would be best if we just left. The manager seemed to have no interest in keeping us there. I can't rule out some racial profiling and racial discrimination either. I/we will not be back to Dolo, far too many choices for our restaurant dollars.

   They didn’t have a bartender working, so no cocktails... but were also out of Tsingtao. Nonetheless, the food was delicious and big portions, too!

   Honestly one of the best meal experiences I have ever had. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. Already can't wait to go back.

   Synced Lee stated, this restaurant has no redeeming qualities. It was dirty, it was in disrepair, the service was awful, we went there because we wanted Chinese food but also drinks, but we were informed that the bartender had the day off. So much for that. One dish was good. But one was in edible.

   If you are looking for good / authentic Chinese, don't bother w/ Dolo, there are many other fine restaurants in the Chinatown area. Greasy, poor quality food; mediocre at best service; and, they are in serious need for a total update on the interior. Booth seating is very badly worn, many of table tops were damaged, peeling or missing wood veneer. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Their management / ownership should be embarrassed.

   Decent Chinese-fusion food. Terrible service on a busy day. Had to keep asking servers to take order. Then everything (appetizers and entry) came at once. Had to hunt down a server to bring bill.

   Food was good, the service was horrific. There was only few tables, and two servers on. The one we got sat us right away, offered us tea, and then vanished. After 10 minutes, still nothing, but we had selected everything we wanted to order. Spent the next 2 minutes watching the same server lean up against the bar, 50 feet away, remove his show halfway and scratch his foot non stop, then go to another table without washing his hands. Finally the other server came and took our order. I asked again for tea, and told him I had been waiting and when he asked who I told, rolled his eyes and muttered something inaudible and stormed off and returned with tea only after I asked HIM again, and only after he brought our drinks from the bar and our entrees. The check was tossed on the table quickly after clearing our table, without offering a dessert menu or another round of drinks, or even refilling our water. We were there for a special occasion, and there to order a full experience (and spend money), and they could not wait for us to go from the moment we sat down. I understand wanting to go home, I get that our reservations were for 9 pm (my son's play he was in ended at 8:30; what do you want me to do?), but don't take late reservations if you don't want to serve people late then. I have never felt so unwelcome at a place. Its a shame too, because apart from the jellyfish, which was too spicy for my son to eat, the food was really good. We will never go back.

    I took my friend from dinner. The waiter was accommodating with us and help her on food/menu options. The food was delicious and the value was worth it. The place was crowded and noisy and had to wait for 20 minutes for our table. Overall, my friend and I enjoyed the food and service.
