   We love Disotto, but today (Easter Sunday) was not their day. I had called to confirm brunch menu but our waiter told us no brunch menu only Easter menu. We then walked back to host stand and hostess said no we’re doing full brunch. Then waiter told us no that was not right and there were only 3 items from the brunch menu. We ordered, and when it came out 2 of the 3 were missing their potatoes, and the 3rd was missing its toast. Was very disappointing.

   The food was really good. The service was barely adequate. The noise level was way too high. I don’t think I can eat there again. It was just simply too hard to hear the person next to you.

   We had a fabulous meal at Disotto! I had the salmon and it was excellent! My husband had the lamb special and he said it was outstanding! The service is amazing. And, every so often the manager would stop by to see if everything was ok. It was our first time there and we would definitely go back.

   We celebrated my husband's birthday and it was perfect ... excellent quality food, a lively atmosphere, and Jose always makes sure everything is delightful. Thanks for a great time!

   Waaay too loud. They need to fusion the ceiling. It made it difficult to talk to one another. Food came out quickly.

   By far (for many years now) the absolute best authentic Italian food on the North Shore, there’s nobody even close (and I’m Italian raised with homemade Italian food everday so I’m spoiled to say the least). Anyway if you want real homemade Italian food the likes of what you’d get by going to Italy then you have to try DiSotto, it’s the absolute best and I should know 👍🤣

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Disotto this evening! It was a great experience! The service was great and the food was fabulous! That Italian chopped salad was a meal to itself and the orecchiette was so tasty! We asked for the chilies on the side. I would especially like to thank our cheerful and resourceful waitress, Allie. She worked hard to make sure we had a great dining experience. We also enjoyed chatting with the manager, Justin. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! We highly recommend dining at Disotto!

   “Food was great! They took care of my strange eating requests with grace! Best waiter ever!! Allie always has a smile on her face and is the absolute sweetest! Loved hearing the operetta birthday wishes!

    Check your credit card after your bill goes through as they charged me 200% for the tip as they added a zero after the tip!  If it were not for the credit card company to contact me, I probably would not have noticed. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he would take care of it, but he never did. Two weeks later I had to call the corporate office to make sure it was credited back to my card.

    Good morning, I am very sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. I am the new General Manager and just started on Wednesday so I was not here when this error was made but I have been told that the server who made the error normally is very reliable and made an honest mistake. Whatever the case though, we clearly screwed up and caused a hassle for you. If the matter has not already been resolved please call me at the restaurant and I will take care of this personally for you. I'd also be happy to set up a a future reservation or carryout order and offer assorted appetizers on us or a round of drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Scott McHugh General Manager
