   We were there for our 34 th wedding anniversary. Exceptional service, staff attended to every need immediately. The turtle soup and steaks were phenomenal.

   We were expecting something a bit different after all we read and heard. Waiter was often distracted and we were left with water and bread for some time before drinks or appetizers were offered for ordering. We ordered the baked Brie ( only three bread slices for eating, pastry was soggy, and it had been sitting prior to come our table), chateaubriand (ordered medium rare, maybe two slices were that and the rest were well done) with creamed spinach, potatoes veg and asparagus (spinach was bland, asparagus were over cooked and way too big spears for a restaurant of this caliber). Also ordered a bottle of wine but this was forgotten by the waiter and only opened after we had our entree and only after asking for it again. Overall the best things were the app and the potatoes with entree. Unforgettable experience and over priced for the quality of service and food.

   This was my fourth and last visit. I was with friends that had never eaten here and they LOVED the crab appetizer and couldn’t wait for the entree. We all had a steak and we discussed, they were not even adequate. I’ll never go back! Totally disappointed!

   Up until the dining experience the staff was very accommodating, once table service started it all went downhill. I had a very simple request that the staff was able to accommodate, it was to have prime rib reserved for a late dinner reservation as my guest was not able to dine earlier. The reservation was for 8 pm and we were seated promptly. The waitress introduced herself shortly after being seated and I told her I needed a few minutes. I declined drinks since my guest is not keen on alcohol and we were there to celebrate her birthday. When the waitress returned, she knew I had the reserved entrée and before she finished taking our order, she said she needed to check and confirm. She didn’t return immediately, and we watched her pass us by several times. When she returned, she asked if we wanted an appetizer, and we did. It came out a little while later and we finished it. She again didn’t complete taking our order and by this time it was well past 9 pm when she visited our table and again and asked if we were ready for prime rib. She never even took our order as I didn’t want to be looking forward to trying the seafood pasta and a salad. Given it was so late I just went with it. Our food didn’t come out until past 9:30pm and we didn’t wrap up until after 10pm. It was late and since we were celebrating a birthday, my guest wanted the coconut cake, but we wanted it to go. That wasn’t possible since apparently it was sold out for the night. This was a very poor experience. I don’t know where the disconnect happen, but I cannot give a positive review for the very poor table service.

    We waited over an hour to get our food served. An accommodation was made on the bill for the excessive wait. We were told there were problems in the kitchen in getting adjusted to a new menu. The food was very tasty when it ultimately came. But we waited and waited for it
