   I can't say enough about Dewberry 1850 and the manager Christian. There was a bit of misinformation given to my party of 7. Christian went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The food is absolutely incredible. I can't wait to go back.

   Advance registration worked. Our name was listed when we arrived, however, the expected TABLE for six people was not ready. We were finally seated at a "higher bench" table for six that was connected to a higher table where noisy people were sitting. I asked for a large round table that would seat six that was nearby but another noisy, boisterous group already took it. Our two smaller grandchildren sat at the table whose table top was almost level with their mouths!

   First visit to Dewberry 1850. Underwhelming. Parking was great. Seated quickly. Pretzel Bites were good. Lemon drop martini came with way too much lavender. Was done over. Second one was good. My sangria tasted like undiluted orange juice. Period. I like OJ. But, don’t call it a sangria. Wings were good. But, only because of the sauce. Chicken itself lacked flavor. Wife said she would order them naked next time. The short ribs on risotto were flavorful. Overall, a mixed evening. Service was good. Won’t be back.

   Slow service. Food was just ok. Nothing groundbreaking or exciting. Overcharged us on our bill by about $20. Had to ask for an itemized bill as we were not given one. They did correct the bill in the end. We won’t return.

   We made reservations here at 6:30pm on a Saturday. When we arrived we were seated promptly. However, that’s the last time we saw anyone. No one ever came back to our table to greet us or take an order - so after 30 minutes of waiting, we got up and left.

   The food was delicious. It was a lobby hotel restraunt and very loud. Not the romantic Valentine’s dinner we expected.

   We went for the Valentines special. The food was pretty good, but the ambience was awful. We should have done our research before going to see that it is a hotel bar attached to the restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our time, but be aware that you are not going for a quiet romantic experience.

   I apologize for the confusion. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to expect the same atmosphere as the previous day and instead find it very different. To clarify, we did have live music and the three-course special on the 14th, which was advertised as part of our Valentine’s Day celebration. However, on the 15th, we did not have live music, and only the regular menu was available. I regret that this wasn't made clearer, and I can understand how this miscommunication impacted your experience. We truly apologize for the misunderstanding and for not providing the romantic, quiet atmosphere you were hoping for. We hope you’ll consider joining us again in the future and allow us the opportunity to give you the experience you originally envisioned.

   We booked the Valentine’s Day meal for two. It was wonderful! I was questioning the only two entrees but they were both delicious as all the other food the first course and dessert. It was a great value for the money and the entertainment was outstanding! We loved hearing Joe and Tori sing!! We definitely will be back especially if they do other special nights like this. The bourbon pairing with each entree, rose at the door, friendly patrons , great food it was a fabulous night!!
