   45 minutes to receive food on a Tuesday night. No empathy from restaurant. Wanted to charge us for the children’s meals although they are free with hotel stay.

   Small menu but everything each of us had was really good. Ribeyes were cooked to perfection and we had a very attentive waiter.

   Great food, great service. I'm still not warm with the American wax of having TVs showing sports and other things in fancy restaurants. The food is not cheap but the quality is good.

   Located inside lobby, Best Western property. Had standard burger dish, good but not exceptional. Reasonable place to dine. Small bar with few seats. Overall, ok.

   Not many restaurant options in Grand Canyon hotel. EAT in Willams on the way. Ordered a $20 chicken sandwich which is as frozen. My wife and I ended up with grilled cheese. Earned a Michelin flat tire.

    Service was very slow. Staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed. My husband ordered a glass of wine when he placed his entree order and didn’t receive the wine until he had finished his meal. They were out of many items on the menu and some were discontinued leaving very few options. Salmon was very dry and overcooked. The Soy glazed vegetables were oily. The appetizer plate tasted OK but the presentation was poor. The waiter brought our check without a pen. Overall, it felt like nothing went right.
