   Overpriced, food not good. Place was decorated like a bordello. Won’t return nor recommend it to anyone.

   Refused to sit us outside for my “terrace outside seating ” reservation. They realized they made a mistake, and then sat us outside 10 minutes later. It then took 40 min from placing an order to receive a beverage. Service was horrible and food/drinks were just ok. Disappointed for a birthday celebration.

   As a resident of Miami and having previously enjoyed the Delilah experience in Los Angeles, I was looking forward to dining at the Miami location to celebrate a special occasion. In anticipation, I made a reservation well in advance for a patio table during the restaurant’s advertised happy hour. I received a confirmation email verifying my reservation and the time slot. Upon arrival, I approached the hostess and began providing the details of my reservation. Mid-sentence, I was abruptly and dismissively informed that it would have been “impossible” for me to have secured a confirmed patio reservation, as those tables were, according to her, fully booked. The hostess was not only adamant that my reservation was for indoor seating only, but also stated that happy hour had ended—despite the restaurant’s posted hours of 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fortunately, I had my confirmation email readily available, which clearly evidenced my reservation details. Only after presenting this documentation did the hostess—who displayed a clear change in demeanor and a notably dismissive attitude—state, “We will see if we can accommodate.” Shortly thereafter, Latch, the assistant manager, approached and acknowledged that a miscommunication had occurred between the booking platform and the restaurant’s internal policies. He further noted that this issue should be addressed and made clear on the booking site to avoid similar incidents in the future. Ultimately, while the restaurant did seat us on the patio after a 20–30 minute wait, they failed to honor the happy hour pricing—despite my reservation falling squarely within the applicable time frame. Unfortunately, I expected more from The h.wood Group—and me nor any of my associates will return to this location.

   A little different than Vegas, but just as much fun! Great place for a fun, lively dinner with great music.

   The place is definitely loud, making it difficult to have conversations. The food was exquisite, and the service was great. I booked an outdoor table, but my party wasn’t allowed to sit outside because I supposedly didn’t select the Patio option—though the app didn’t give me that choice. Overall, it was a good experience

   Delilah’s was entertaining. Ambiance and entertainment are always a plus amongst dining. Drinks were delightful, food was also good. Service was just as amazing. Everyone was attentive, and kind.

   Delilah is a scene, that’s what you are buying into. That being said while the entertainment is good, it is very loud and busy. The food is very expensive for what you get the quality is OK-good, Wine list mark up seems fair. Service was non-existent, sat for 30 minutes, had to ask for a manager, experienced the entire meal without a server, worst dining experience I ever had. Management provided a complimentary dinner which was appreciated but the whole evening was chaotic and difficult, see yelp review for details. Bottom line is very expensive, busy, chaotic and while they in some level try to do right by the customer, don’t really understand the service aspect of hospitality., go with trepidation!

   Our second time here and it was even better than the first time. Especially the music. The singer they had that night…she was amazing. Beautiful voice and great entertainer. I would do away with the dancers that would pop up every now and then. I felt it was a bit tacky
