   The service was exceptional! The steak was cooked as we wanted. Great evening to with Del Frisco for our anniversary dinner.

   Waited 10-15 mins for the staff to "find" a bottle of sparkling water. Never received requested ice for that water. Ordered steak medium rare, and it arrived extremely rare, which waiter acknowledged. Sent it back, and then it was cooked correctly. Very noisy. Will look elsewhere for a nice steak dinner in Southlake next time.

   Server was so nice and we were excited to dine here! We did have a lot of time between courses, but overall ok!

   It took forever for us to even get water when seated so I approached the bar where two (2) bartenders were on their phones and nothing was resolved but when Max came to take care of our group it was great. Max was professional, nice and capable but not intrusive into our conversation.

   Of the dozen or more times I’ve been to this location, the more I realize the steaks are not worth it for my flavor palette. There is a bitterness to their sear method which detracts significantly from the overall flavor of the cut. I’m not sure what they’re doing different from Kirby’s, Perry’s, or Capital Grille, but it’s significant enough for me to not even have truffle butter cover up the bitterness. Okay, that was the bad; now for the good. Many of the sides are top notch, including Brussels sprouts, creamed spinach, Yukon mashed potatoes, and Asparagus. There is a lot of fanfare over the mac n cheese but it’s about even with other restaurants in this price point. For appetizers the Ahi tuna tacos are a staple-would recommend. Jumbo shrimp have gone down in size I feel but presentation and prep is on point. Overall value for certain items is great and normally it’s a slight buzz of noise-never too loud. Last night we sat next to a large table of children which was annoying because their volume just kept going up and up, however this was a one-off experience for me regarding noise. Overall it’s a 3.9 out of 5.

   Enjoyed happy hour appetizers (ribs & cheese curds were delicious) they pretzel bread with butter was complimentary which was also delicious. We ordered two kids meals, excellent! Adults ordered the rigatoni bolognese and mahi mahi (could use a sauce or a lime mango salsa for more flavor & to make it less dry). Overall it was excellent dining experience,

   Have enjoyed eating there many times previously, but last night was VERY disappointing! We ordered from the Restaurant week menu and it was obvious that the restaurant cut corners. The filet came out plain on a large plate with no side dish(es). When we asked why, we were told that it was because we ordered from the Restaurant Week menu and not the regular menu. We ate at several other restaurants during Restaurant Week, and they ALL served side dishes with their entrees....ie mashed potatoes, green beans, asparagus, etc. The "lonely" filet looked silly being served on a large plate. Additionally, the desserts we received were miniscule slices, I doubt they could be cut any smaller. Other restaurants all served ample "regular" sized dessert portions. Lastly, the service, while friendly, was extraordinarily SLOW. From the time we were seated til the time we received our entrees was well OVER ONE HOUR! (Note - the restaurant was only about 2/3 full). We asked about our entrees several times and were told it was because we ordered steaks "medium well" and that takes a lot longer....ridiculous! From the time we finished our entrees, it was well over a HALF HOUR till we received our miniscule desserts! An overall VERY poor experience, especially when compared to several other Restaurant Week restaurants that we ate at. We will have to seriously think about ever returning to your restaurant, and the other couple with us feels the same.

   Front desk staff was courteous and professional. My waiter was Verdell and he did a nice job. The Caesar salad was excellent; my NY Strip Steak was okay and the baked potato was disappointing. Took forever to get a cocktail when I first arrived. I would rate it ok. It’s a busy location.

    We went at lunch time. Service was a little slow as compared to comparable restaurants in the area. There is no lunch menu. Next time I will select a different place with better service and better food.
