   One of our favorites in town. Have always had a great experience. With that said, took my daughters for Easter and the food missed the mark this time. The dinner rolls were hard, the Prime Rib was rare instead of the medium rare that we ordered. Service was impeccable as always. Perhaps an off night.

   I recently visited Del Frisco’s for my birthday with friends. While our server was great—attentive and personable—the overall experience fell short of what I remember from previous visits years ago. The whipped potatoes were soupy, the music was overly loud, and the refusal to serve a burger from the bar menu per the manager in the main dining room felt unnecessarily rigid. At a restaurant of this caliber, one would expect a more guest-centered approach, especially for a reasonable request like that. Having dined at other Del Frisco’s locations in the past, I’ve noticed a decline since Landry’s acquired the brand. It’s the same story with Morton’s—once upscale, now leaning toward a chain-restaurant feel. Landry’s is the kiss of death for nice restaurants. A few things were still good, but the overall experience no longer feels special.

   As always the steaks were done perfectly. There were 5 of us and the entire meal and service was excellent.

   I’ve eaten here 5 times, this was the worst food. The steak was not seared, full of gristle and fat. The salad was subpar with some of the stem still on it. The seafood was terrible. The clams tasted off, shrimp still had shell left on it, lobster overcooked. The bread wasn’t good either, doesn’t seem like it got up to temperature because the top was almost the same color as the bread. Hardly any salt, butter, or honey added to it. Highly disappointed this time. I asked to put my shellfish on ice to go, just put in the box to get hot.

   Everything was wonderful. I just don't like when they continously ask, if Everything is all right or if it's good. I don't like people asking , when I just started eating or every 5 mins. Other than that it was a great time.

    I am sad to say I was disappointed. I had love my experience in the Houston Del Frisco that I was tickled there was one in Las Vegas. Houston’s steak was lukewarm butter. Las Vegas was charred and tough. I ordered the Filet Mignon medium, and it was flavorful but too cooked outside, although medium inside. I don’t like to return food bcs I don’t like throwing it away. The service was splendid, as the side items. The bread was delicious, as always.
