   I arrived and was seated, 20 minutes passed and no one greeted me, brought water or asked for my drink order. Finally, I flagged the host and he acted as if I was bothering him, he offered to get me a drink and asked if I would like an appetizer. I gave him my order, 10 more minutes passed and a server finally appeared. I explained I had given the host my drink and appetizer order he said he would find them. 10 minutes later appetizer arrived, no water, no drink, no server. I got up approached the host stand and explained it was going on 45 minutes and I had no water or drink and if it weren’t for the expeditor I would have no appetizer. They were not busy at all maybe 5 other tables on the first floor. Food was about par for Del Frisco’s. After 2 hours, I finished my meal minus dessert, I walked around the corner for an affogato instead of waiting any longer. Not sure what the issue was, but very disappointed in this location.

   The food and service were average. The hostess tried to reseat us for no apparent reason. I am disappointed in the lax dress code. The place should be adults only.

   The experience was great until the end when we were presented with the check. The server Ian sold us on the steak special that was not on the menu. Unfortunately, we did not know the price until the bill came: $179! That should’ve been communicated from the very beginning. Transparency is everything in customer service!

   This was a great place for our anniversary and they made sure we enjoyed ourselves. We really love this place, we've taken our son here for his first steak dinner 😁

   Best place to get a steak in town. Always great customer service and a lovely atmosphere. This is our second time here and we will be back.

   Courtney was absolutely incredible! She had wonderful recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time here. Our favorite steakhouse in DC!

    First we were held outside the locked door as if walking into a pawn shop while they checked to see if we had a reservation. Then upon being seated we were told the kitchen is closing and suggested that we hurry up and order. Mind you we were on time for our reservation. Lastly the espresso martini was terribly made and tasted like chocolate milk. I had high hopes and expectations for this place but sadly would not return or recommend.
