   Was very disappointed. We got the 2 for $75. We decided to get the bottle of wine for $15 more and the waitress never brought the wine. When she realized she didn’t bring it we were half way through the meal. The appetizer and salads were brought out together. When we asked her to cancel the wine because we would never finish it or have to chug it to finish it, we asked for 2 cokes. We got 2 cokes and never received refills or asked if we would like a refill after both of our glasses were empty. My wife finished her water and we were sitting for a period of time with nothing for her to drink. The waitress brought over bread and said she would give us oil for it. It took a good 20 minutes to get the oil and it was 15 feet from where we sat. There wasn’t a lot of people there, but it was really louded. Not sure if that was because of the low ceilings or the hard wood floors or a combo of both. My entree was ok. Carrots were bland and the risotto was still hard. Pork chop was descent but would have helped to get a steak knife to cut it instead of a butter knife. Would have asked for one but the waitress never followed up. My wife had the chicken piccata and it was not good. All you could taste in the sauce was lemon. It was overpowering. She couldn’t finish it. The best part of the meal was the dessert. The cheese cake was good. The waitress said the new menu was just rolled out on Wednesday. What we had, should really consider redoing the menu.

   Food simply not good. Ravioli undercooked had fridge taste & cold when served. Pasta served with the Chicken Romano much too much oil. House salad good- greens were very fresh. Bread close to Wonder bread in quality. Calamari soggy and flavor of old oil. Service was the only positive with the dining experience.

   Great drinks and food. Steak a little over cooked but the food was perfectly portioned.

   Overall for business lunch just - ok. I've been for dinner and it has been much better.

   The food, cocktails and dessert were all delicious. The server was wonderful and made a couple of suggestions when asked for advice. She also mixed our drinks. My Mojito was just the way I like it. Lovely dining experience.

   Cute decor, small inside, seated at a table behind the bar. Brussels sprouts were stellar, calamari came with no lemon or dipping sauce, French onion soups were good, dinners sub par. The polenta with the short rib was extremely salty and swimming in au jus; both short rib dinners were served luke warm but the meat was tender. The asparagus and cream pasta dish was very good and served piping hot. The dinner bread provided was nothing spectacular, a higher end selection would have been nice, seemed right out of a giant eagle bag. Friday night during lent, nothing really to select from for one guest looking for fish, aside from a fried fish sandwich and salmon to add on to other dishes. Possibly, it was the manager that did check on us, he was dressed in athletic gear??? but nothing to say to him that would have fixed the personal preferences. Server was kind. Wouldn’t return for the 200$ spent.

   Food and service were excellent. Onion soup one of the best I ever had. We had the special which was a 16 oz. bone-in rib-eye - cooked perfectly & finished with a gorgonzola glaze . Topped off meal with delicious creme brulee . Server very attentive.

   This was our first visit to Deblaze at 131. The food and service were great. We had the Caesar salad, Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Romano and the white chocolate cheesecake. All were delicious and well presented.

    Experience all over was mediocre. Nothing was outstanding but all together a good experience.
