Great brunch spot. Not a ton of allergy friendly choices/modifications but we made it through. Loved the heaping piles of beautiful greens with thoughtful ingredients that accompany the brunch items. Lovely ambience.

It was a great experience for our anniversary. The staff were amazing, our server Liam was great and had some good wine recommendations. We had the chefs tasting menu and it was superb. Every dish was great and it was too much food. I practically had to roll myself to the truck afterwards. The pork tenderloin with mushroom risotto was probably my favourite, and it was basically a meal unto itself. The albacore tuna was perfectly done and flavourful. The carrots and burrata in romanesk sauce for the first course was my partners favourite, he had to stop himself from licking the plate clean. The beef tenderloin came perfectly cooked and the jus was full of flavour. And I’m not a dessert person, but the apple crumble with honey and ice cream just may convert me. Overall it was a wonderful experience, yet again, and the staff were amazing as usual. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner even more special.

We wanted to do the YYC food experience menu but changed our mind for the 5 courses menu instead. What a wise choice! It was delicious from A to Z. Local food and well executed! Drinks were good as well and an extensive wine list that will please anybody. The service was not too much, not not enough, just perfect. We will come back for sure!

Dinner for the YYC food experience was so delicious! My fiancé and I couldn’t stop raving about the food. So yummy! It was our anniversary and we got a card from the staff, a lovely touch!

Gigi was a fantastic server and we really liked the ambience and setting. However, we were disappointed with our main course. Our steaks were chewy and hard to cut. The table next to us had the same problem. The starter soup was delicious and so was the sticky toffee pudding but we debated sending the sirloin steak back. We had never been to the Deane house before and were really excited, but sadly disappointed with what should have been the star dish. Luckily Gigi was lovely and the overall experience was still good. Will consider trying again, hoping it was just an off dish for them.
