   I totally understand that you're there to play the games but the food and drinks are also what makes it the one stop shop- however no food modifications (or no onions, sauce on the side, please bring some ranch) we're actually acknowledged or made to order. Food took an unreasonable amount of time, like nearly an hour....when we purchased the 90 min unlimited play cards and made the kids wait until after eating to use them it turned it into nearly a 4 hour night....one appetizer was brought out ahead of food, other was brought out with the food. Ordered a Martini waited 15 mins to be told they have no olives, okay no problems then I could go without olives to be told another 10 mins later there's no olive juice and be offer that they can do a martini with Tito's and Lemonade....it was a disaster to say the least.

   This location is wonderful! Service staff are so attentive to your needs. The food is delicious. The game play area is safe and clean. The restrooms are well-maintained and very clean.

   Food was good and our waitress was attentive. Noise level was high -- but that was expected given the atmosphere.

   Ambiance and Noise level was as expected for Dave & Busters. The food quality was better than expected but the prices seemed a little on the high side $20 for a Chicken Salad for example. Server was almost non existant, she took drink orders, app orders, delivered them. She brought us queso with steak which we didn’t order but I didn’t realize it was steak since there was supposed to be chorizo in it until the bill came and had a $6.99 added price on it and at that point I just wanted to leave because we had been there for 3.5 hours. It was our son’s birthday and it was noted when I made the reservation but they didn’t come out to sing for him like the other tables around us. We brought our own cake and had to ask a manager for plates and utensils because the server disappeared for a while. So overall it was a good visit but it lacks service big time. I was expecting it to be busier for a weekend but there were a lot of empty tables.

   We went for the Palm Pointe fundraiser event and had a lot of fun!!! However when it came to dinning in, the experience was horrible. We sat for 10 minutes and the waiter came to my family and said “I didn’t forget about you but I have those whole area and this other area, so I’ll be with you as soon as I can” okay we waited….and waited….and waited… 25 minutes went by…at this point we just got up and left. I told the host we were leaving because no one came to take our order. She was shocked and apologized.

   Service was amazing. She made sure we got the right deal for each family at our table. Spent a good 3 hours between food and play and my son had the best night with his friends

    The waiter was amazing !!!!! The food was great !!! And it was our first time at this location eating inside so i really recommend it for anyone that goes to that location and it was pretty energetic since it was the superbowl!!!!
