   We had a party of 10. Between the first meal out and the last was close to 30 minutes. To make it worse, the last meal out was a kids meal. The food was tasty but the server was terrible. He messed up multiple orders, forgot items that were asked for and didn't check in on the table.

   My company works with families that have children with disabilities and I am always looking for establishments that are welcoming to the population I work with. The staff did a PHENOMENAL job, specifically our waitress Dee. She was patient, gave processing and wait time to my clients who were mainly Autistic. It was a great experience overall and all of my clients had a blast. I want to personally thank Dee for her warm and kind spirit. You made this experience everything we imagined. You rock!!    We waited at the hostess booth for over 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. We got sat at a table that was not big enough for us, despite the reservations. We waited for another 15 minutes until a waiter asked us if we had been helped yet- after we said no, he said he’d be right back and we waited another 10 minutes before deciding to get up and leave.

   They cancelled our reservation prior to me arriving. Service was slow could barely find our waiter food overpriced for what you get

   Unfortunately, our experience at this location was horrible from start to finish.   We called to make an appointment days before arriving at the representative's advice on the phone.  Not once did he mention a fight was airing that night, and it would be possible we would not receive our reserved table.  We found that out after driving almost 2 hours to get here.   We had 14 guests with a reservation and were told we may not be seated because walk-ins came for the fight and may not leave.   I spoke with the restaurant manager and overall manager, and we were finally seated.   After we were seated, we had to ask another server if we would receive service because, after sitting for nearly an hour, no one had come to take our orders. Once our orders were taken, our food came out in sections, and some food was cold. Some of our orders never came out, and we had to ask for missing orders several times. For instance, the Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprout.  It was just a hard clump of cheese on top of them.  I couldn't eat them immediately because we had no utensils, and our server kept disappearing.  We asked another server, unsure of her name, but she was a white woman with long brown hair and blue nails.  She did not help us at all. We asked if she could give us utensils, and she kept asking if we had a server; clearly, we had a server because there was food on our table.  She never got us any utensils or napkins.  After another 20 mins, we saw a server, a black guy wearing a gray shirt and an earpiece.  He was lovely and brought us plenty of utensils, straws, and napkins, no questions asked, unlike the other woman who did nothing and sat down after we asked for the utensils. After 3 hours, we did a lot of waiting and dealt with cold food and rudeness.  Although our server was nice, we never could find him even when we wanted to pay the bill.  We nearly walked out after asking for him several times.  We even asked the manager, who said I am not working this side.

    It took forever to get even checked in, huge crowd at hostess stand that was agitated. Server wasn’t very good at ringing stuff in, food/bar drinks forgotten. SUPER loud. Hard to talk to anyone
