   Great vibes and ambiance. DJ at 10 pm was also very good. We had a table for 9 booked and there weren't enough seats for 9 people, we had to ask for more. Also service was extremely slow, we had to try to flag different servers and at one point some people decided it would be easier to just order at the bar. I personally got charged for an extra drink, because my first drink didn't arrive with everyone else's and so I had to ask a different waiter for it and they didn't understand the issue it seems. Lastly, we were suddenly told by our server that we had to leave in 15 minutes, and the warning was a bit rude. We paid and continued to dance, no one was booked at our table and it continued to remain empty for the next 2 hours. I thought it was weird it felt like we were being kicked out. Anyways will be back for the ambiance but not the service.

   Upon arriving, we spent an astounding 15 minutes waiting in the lobby elevator before being able to go up to the lounge. When we finally arrived and apologized to the hostess for being 15 minutes late, she responded in a rude manner, stating that next time we should call ahead or else we would incur a no-show fee. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. Our server’s performance was the worst service we have ever encountered. She made several mistakes with our order, bringing incorrect items multiple times. Additionally, she would disappear for long periods, forcing us to order from another server. When we pointed out the errors in our order, she became visibly annoyed. Furthermore, she never announced last call for food, meaning we were unable to place an order for dinner. To top it off, she asked for a credit card to keep an open tab, a request that my husband refused. The friends who joined us were staying at the JW Marriott and were equally shocked by the poor service and the unpleasant attitude of your staff. It truly felt as if the employees were doing us a favor by serving us, despite the fact that it is their job to do so. We were extremely disappointed by the overall experience, and it is safe to say that we will never return to D6 Lounge. We will also make sure to advise others to avoid your establishment. The service, attitude, and treatment of customers were starkly different from the standards of other restaurants and bars we have visited in Vancouver.

   Good experience and food, except the waitress put a damper on it saying that our 2 hrs was up and the table had to be turned! There were several open tables at 8:30pm which made no sense to us. It's as if she was following a busy-day rule without applying any judgment that the lounge was not full! We were spending quite a bit while there, fine wines etc...so not sure what the hurry is to get a spending customer out!

   Really a wonderful, intimate spot for medium-sized gatherings. . . great setting, music and entertainment, happy hour if you get there in time! not too crowded during the week. . .perfect for a special occasion when you want to be able to mix and mingle with your guests :)

   We went to D6 Lounge before our company event at the Parq yesterday. The experience was outstanding, and the staff was smiling and kind.

   Not ideal for groups larger than 8. Strange seating options for larger groups and tables are not ideal for menu offerings.

   We came for food and drinks before the Eras Tour at BC Place. It was a great atmosphere. Loved the special cocktails and the shimmer cake. Extremely well done. The rest of the food we ordered was just ok and felt overpriced for what it was. Service was great. Would love to see are better variety of appetizers that were better executed. Would definitely come back for cocktails.
