   Made a reservation with this restaurant for outside dining. Arrived on time for dinner checked in with hostess and was led to an inside table. Asked the seating person for an outside table as we had requested. The seating person had to go back to the hostess and ask. Meanwhile, a couple that came in after was taken out and seated at an outside table facing the pool area. The hostess came over and asked why the inside table wasn't suitable and I explained that we had asked for an outside table for this reservation and that I had spoken with her that afternoon and confirmed that request. So, the hostess leaves and then comes back and leads us to the south side of the building patio to an area that is very unappealing, where we were seated outside for dinner. Very poor service for such an elegant property. We are very dissatisfied with the manner in which we were treated for our seating request. It was very apparent that the hostess had given away our outside table to the couple that came in after us. Very unprofessional.

   Outstanding service and everything we ordered (tartare, grouper, filet, and Jaspor dessert) were amazing.

   Our dining experience began on a rather disappointing note when we were seated at an outdoor table that lacked the stunning ocean view we had hoped for. Instead, we found ourselves in a less-than-ideal spot. If you’re looking for a picturesque outdoor setting, I highly recommend requesting a table at the front. When I asked for a baked potato, I was informed that they don't serve them, which left me to settle for fries alongside my steak—hardly the culinary experience one would expect from a high-end steakhouse. Regrettably, this meant no steak for either my wife or me. As we turned our attention to the wedge salad, we quickly discovered it was dry and lacking the dressing it desperately needed. Our attempt at the shrimp cocktail was particularly disappointing; it might just be the worst I've ever encountered. What was going on with that sauce? It’s quite a challenge to ruin a shrimp cocktail, yet they somehow achieved it. The only dish that struck a positive note was the cream corn, which was passable at best. This was our complete order at a restaurant that touts itself as an upscale steakhouse. When the check arrived, I was astonished to see the total—a staggering $212 for a salad, cream corn, shrimp cocktail, and two martinis.

   Sweet corn was delicious but I was disappointed with my rib eye, it had very little flavor Ruth Christ much better

   Truly decadent, wonderful experience. Everything was delicious, the server was great, ambiance is amazing. It felt like a really special dinner!

   My first time at CW Prime. Absolutely beautiful location and the restaurant is impeccably decorated in a low-key, classy manner. That said, every element of my meal there was impressive and thoroughly enjoyable. Our cocktails were perfectly made, the salads were very tasty and our entrees (a grouper special and prime ribeye steak) were delicious. Dessert, a creatively conceived apple pie with vanilla ice cream and caramel, we indeed a special treat. Our server, Jeffery, added to our evening. He was truly wonderful with several helpful suggestions and his timing was flawless throughout our dinner. Overall, a terrific experience and it will not be our last one there!

   Exceptional food, ambiance, and service! Mathew our server made the evening one to remember with his attentiveness, charming sense of humor, and perfect recommendations for wine and food. One word - “spectacular!”

   We had a 7:45 reservation at CW Prime but weren’t seated until 8:20. No one came over to give us an update during the wait. At 8:05, I let the hostess know that the table we were waiting for had been vacated 10 minutes earlier, but there was no urgency to seat us. Once seated, our waiter was excellent—friendly and helpful in walking us through the menu. We ordered the Denver Wagyu, which I was curious to try but didn’t love. The kids’ hamburger was $25, which felt steep, and the dessert was just okay. Overall, the experience was disappointing—mainly due to the service delays and how long the food took, especially given the setting and expectations at a place like CW Prime at the St. Regis.

    Not sure why booking a reservation here requires such advance notice as well as a credit card in order to make the reservation. Did not feel that it was worth it at all.  we booked this a month in advance, asked for a nice outdoor table for two people, they sat us at an oversized table for five people with a poor view of the hotel versus the water. Also, it doesn’t seem to be a lot of good seating options. Noticed another two person couple and the exact experience we had in the gentleman got very upset with the manager and asked to be moved inside, they sat them at a six person table.
