   Authentic offerings on the menu reinforced why we were trying a different experience. In a store-front but easy to find and easy parking. The owner came over to our table and introduced himself and was very cordial and we had a smiling exchange. He came back again after we had a chance to sample our dinner to see that all was ok. The flavors were outstanding and plate presentation equally so. The dining room may be straightforward but the staff are eager to please and deliver an authentic meal.

   This place is magnificent! Eating at steakhouses in downtown Chicago, this place is right up there. It is the best halal place I’ve ever had. And the sub shop next door is just as good!

   Great food. A bit more casual than we expected for the price. The server told us this place is BYOB, but the restaurant contacted me to say that information was wrong and they do serve alcohol. Portions are huge, so it's a value. Probably great for a group. Not a great date place.

   It was really good food and it was unique too. Definitely a place to check for Muslims who love steak.

    Came here to celebrate a birthday with my family. Although we had a reservation, the tables were full and I had to wait about 5-10 minutes standing for another party to leave. After I was seated, which was in the corner, I waited a while to get my food taken. I wasn't asked about drinks so I had to flag the manager down who said he'd bring our drinks but it wasn't until the server came with our food 30 minutes later when I had to restate I wanted drinks. Anyway, the food was good. I got the picanha steak. Shawarma fries were delicious. They were nice enough to give us a free birthday carrot cake on the house which was delicious. I think they need to hire more servers for busy nights, but overall not bad.
