It was so bad! We waited 45 minutes for our food. The food came out cold. The server pretty much forgot about us after brought our appetizer. 35+ min after appetizer, he that I was starring right at him and he looked towards our table and noticed we still didn't have our food. When the food arrived my steak was overcooked, hard and cold. I ended up not having dinner because it wasn't worth it. The manager apologize and offered to make another meal but at that point we were at the hour mark and it wasn't worth waiting another 15-20 minutes for a meal. They took my steak and our appetizer off our ticket and charged my husband of the short ribs (which were okay, the polenta was also cold) and that was it. Not only was the actual meal bad overall but the way the manage handled it was also disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the experience you encountered during your visit. I understand how frustrating and infuriating you must have been for your food to come out cold and not to your expectations after waiting for over 45 mins. That is way below our standard and you and your husband deserve much better. I was the manager you spoke to while you were upset, and I apologize that you were not happy with my resolution. This is a great training moment for my staff and for myself. We will learn from this, and we will get better. I know you have been to Cultivate a few times before, so I hope you know that this is not our standard. Thank you again for sharing your feedback

When we were seated I was already happy not to be uncomfortably close to other tables like a lot of higher end spots. We got a decent bottle of wine fir $49 which was nice. The service was flawless, with managers, bussers, food runners, and our server all making perfectly spaced rounds. The burrata was awesome, with perfect soft yet crispy bread and a well thought out vinegar based sauce. The main dishes were great as well. The cost for the food and service together felt fair. There was a lot on the menu we wanted to try so we will definitely go back for more!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I've eaten at a lot of different restaurants and this one is upscale but still cosey. The menu has such a variety of options. I like that the "sociables" section gives a more sharable feel while also could accommodate a person who mite eat a smaller or wants to spend less. Amazing portion sizes for the price. It was my friends birthday and they made it so so special by printing happy birthday on our menu (no extra charge). The wait staff was always attentive.

A restaurant with these prices should offer delicious food. The food is good, not exceptional. The service was fantastic but not enough to bring us back. $300 for 3 people. The filet was perfectly cooked but not well seasoned. The scallops were ok but very small and came out just warm. The shortribs were tender w a good sauce but the palenta was bland and came out just warm. The drinks were very good. We all agreed that we wouldn't order the same meals again.

Dear John. Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent visit. I sincerely apologize that you found the filet under-seasoned, the scallops cold, and the polenta bland. Your comments about the overall value are noted, and we take such feedback seriously as we strive to offer a memorable dining experience that justifies are pricing. We appreciate your insights, which help us improve our menu and service. We sincerely hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide you with the outstanding experience you deserve. Excellent food, service, ambiance, etc, etc. Would have given the chef a standing ovation if we could have. The best restaurant we’ve been to in Utah. We will be back!

Amazing Restaurant! Always an amazing experience. The fresh made cocktails are the best in Salt Lake. They have an incredible selection of fine liquors that rival the high end hotels in Deer Valley. The service is top notch as well. Last but not least is the food. There are so many share plates. The pasty wrapped baked brie is amazing. Cauliflower, bruschetta, beet carpaccio and blue cheese chicken are all incredible. The filet is one of the best in Salt Lake. The food is a breath of fresh air for Salt Lake. It reminds of us the places we visit in California where the food is fresh and creative. Well done. This will be a regular spot for us for sure. Well done.
