   Great food, impeccable service, and ambiance was soothing. We were seated right away and the staff remained attentive to our needs/requests throughout the evening.

   This is my 3rd time here to dine and the food & service is always very good The management team is always on their game as well walking around asking how everything is with your meal. I highly recommend their guacamole with banana chips !

   From the moment we walked in the door the service was excellent, all staff very attentive. The food was excellent and Red Sangria great!!

   This is about the 5th time i have been here, i live around the corner. Was very disappointed. Its seems that they were severely under-staffed. Service was extremely slow and food took forever. The food was very good, though. Also, it was very noisy, too. I hope it was just a bad night for them.

   We have been coming here quite often since they opened. However, the last several times I’ve been here, I’ve left angry. Besides the fact that they should explore more options with their menu, I have found that the service the last few times has been terrible. We’ve had servers who have placed to go orders for us when we are sitting to dine at the table, we’ve had servers not know if substitutions could be made on items, servers that have left us to go help other patrons while mid-sentence or leave and not come back with so much as water after 45 minutes. This place use to be good, their bread was good too but they’ve stopped giving it. But anyway the place use to be good, but I have a heard time reconciling my poor recent experiences here with those formerly good memories. Not even the fact that I like Fred helps this place out. After this last time, I’m not sure I’m interested in coming back.

   Once a month me and my best friend try a new restaurant this month was Cubanelle. The hostess was amazing he was super funny and friendly. I am the mojito queen and the mango mojito was a 3 on a scale of 1-10. The shrimp in garlic sauce were amazing as well as my best friends pomegranate margarita and the pernil was yummy. Although I loved my entree my bestie wasn’t to impressed with her palomia steak. That’s her go to meat on our dates. Overall the food was ok and I’d go back and maybe try something else. Last but not Least our waiter who was very nice at times we felt like he forgot about us. A few minor improvements could make this a go to local Cuban hot spot!!!

    Food was amazing. Black bean soup simple but perfectly spiced. Service was fast. Highly recommended!
