   Very disappointed with our experience. We had a made a reservation for 8 people on Sat, Sept. 28 at 7:30pm. The table they set-up for us was an extremely awkward set-up. I would have rather they tell us they couldn't accommodate our group, although their Yelp page specifically states it is a good spot for groups. Misleading. Our server was friendly, but we had asked for a few more minutes to decide on drinks and didn't see him again for over ten minutes. Seemed to be waiting around for him a lot. My biggest disappointment was the food. All eight of us ordered Tacos of different kinds and nobody was satisfied. $17 for these taco plates is absurd. They are extremely tiny with barely any filling. Smallest pieces of meat I have ever seen. My shrimp taco had maybe 4 TINY fried shrimp on it and one was actually just a chunk of fried batter. The corn tortillas we not grilled or anything. Just cold. They also charge $9 for a Sala Trio as an appetizer, which we expected to be a substantial amount, but each came in very small ramicans. $9 MORE for "Smashed Avocado" AKA guacamole, which is supposed to come with salsa itself. The server did no bother to mention this.

   All the food was delicious and a good portion for adults. The food was served about 10 minutes after ordering. We will definitely eat there again. The tacos were great.

   Alcohol is a little pricey. Food is good, just not blow my hair back good. Understand the seasonal approach and appreciate it but would like a few more options. More vegan vegetarian switch outs. Overall good.

   We’re local and go to Criollo often. We have been disapppointed in the new menu and this past time solidified the disappointment. We miss the old taco format! The tacos are tiny and all come on one plate. It makes the dining experience non-cohesive. We have to say that those who got entrees were satisfied, but that is a small portion of the menu. Overall, we aren’t impressed with the change and will likely take Criollo for dinner off our rotation. Our service was not just disappointing, the manager/hostess/bar help? was just plain rude. It was surprising for Flagataff and hadn’t been our experience before at Criollo. In all, we hope they figure things out because we loved this place, it’s a quick walk from our house, and it’s a real bummer to see it go downhill.

   We love the food at Criollo and decided to celebrate my daughter’s graduation there. Unfortunately Criollo had changed their hours and we arrived ( with reservation) with our NAU graduation group, only to find the restaurant closed.

   We eat here frequently and are always happy we came. The best part is that they're great with food allergies which is a huge win for my wife. Beyond that, the food is always creative, flavorful, and delicious. The portions are large, so you'll never leave hungry. All the ingredients are fresh and local. If you haven't tried it, you need to. The salmon tostada is Killer.

   You guys have the best catfish tacos! The service was slow because our waiter was running his butt off and we were a big table.

    We mentioned to our waiter that my husband had a cilantro allergy and they told us none of the salsas had cilantro. Sure enough they all did. Instead of comping us for the salsas they told us they would bring out something he could eat. They brought out avacado smash and charged us for that too. Food was Bland. There were 5 of us and none of us truly loved our meal.
