   Beautiful setting ! It has been our favorite place in Sedona for over 23 years. Today, the food was mediocre, service poor and the bill extravagant. A glass of Chardonnay was $38. So sad to see this happening to such a special place.

   Ambience at Cress on Oak Creek is outstanding but…. food choices for Easter Brunch were very poor not worth it $125 per person.

   Lovely setting but the rest of the experience was disappointing, especially for a restaurant of supposedly high quality.

   The service, food and experience was poor. I would definitely not recommend eating here nor go will I go back.

   Valet parking at $17 was a surprise. Ala carte menu and very small portions Service was wonderful.

   Had breakfast at Cress on 4/17 and it was the absolute greatest. I just don't know how it could have possibly been better. The eggs benedict here are amazing and they make just the very best Hollandaise sauce in the world! Be sure to book your table creekside. Probably the most beautiful setting in Sedona. Absolutely superb!

   This is a review of the breakfast. You will not find a more beautiful spot for breakfast anywhere with a table, weather permitting, overlooking Oak Creek.. We would recommend coming here once for that in spite of its other faults. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict came with an enormous portion of lox. We saved that for another breakfast. The potatoes were very good , but was it better than a traditional eggs Benedict? Sadly, not. And since there was no knife with the silverware, the muffin was impossible to cut. My wife asked our server for a knife, but it didn’t come, so she had to get up and ask another server for assistance. Even with the knife, it was difficult to cut. The French toast stuffed with berries and nuts was a small overly sweet portion that was interesting, but not one I would ever order again. The side of bacon was crispy and excellent, but overall this meal was not as enjoyable as the one we had at Coffee Pot restaurant for a fraction of the cost. Coffee for two with a French Press was good, as well it should be at a cost of $17, or you could opt for individual $10 cups. We have been coming to Cress for 40 years, and it has changed. We understand that vallet parking now costs $17. In the past, they actually refused tips. This restaurant is now intended for hotel guests who are paying $1000 a night for a creekside cabin, and who get a $40 credit towards breakfast, Our meal for two, including one glass of ok orange juice came to $100 before adding a tip. We will not be back.

    You can’t beat the atmosphere at this restaurant! Your tables are literally a few feet from Oak Creek with running rapids. My fig salad was delicious and quite unusual, but my partner’s kale Caesar salad lacked flavor. He had the chipotle tiger shrimp, which were very very spicy, and the shrimp were huge. I had the airline chicken, which was just mediocre, very small piece, with a small cucumber salad next to it.  you are paying for the atmosphere and the service. Be prepared for $28 glasses of wine.  the Baileys crème brûlée was excellent.
